Years prior to joining RVF, one of my major frustrations is the Taleo system, to the point I start cracking jokes how it was made to deter people to apply for jobs and keep the REAL unemployment rate hidden.

Thankfully, that changed three years ago when someone shared this .pdf file to me.

Glad to be of service, choichoi. I just do not want other potential job seekers to get annoyed with shaming language. That is all.

Also, I am going to name employers and date and time (American format) when I saw the employer-specific Taleo site.
