Thanks guys, much appreciated. For the girls who aren't affected by the media stigma, do european women (especially northern/western) generally find darker skinned men attractive?

I can talk only for Italy, but Italians girl love black guys from the U.S., if they are tall and hit the gym hard.
Girls are not easy, you need time, but be black from the U.S. or South America it's a really big edge, probably you will be considered a lot better than any Italian guy, and the girls love everything what is from the U.S. (they instantly think to NYC, LA, Las Vegas...).
While be black from Africa it's probably the worst situation, you will be considered poor, full of diseases, and with a primitive mentality, so your chanches with girls are less than zero.
In my opinion, the main difference isn't the color of the skin, but where the guy comes from and the religion.

ITALY, here I come! [Image: idea.gif]

I've not been to Scandinavia recently, but racism and xenophobia already existed to a high degree in Sweden before recent events. I am white with dark hair/eyes and did not face any issue there due to looks. People were always very friendly to me and the few who tried to guess where i was from thought i was Italian, when in clubs people(including men) would start a friendly conversation with me themselves, however in the same places it happened i noticed that people who were "almost white"(for example light skinned Muslims dressing like western people) would be completely ignored and left alone. People were already afraid of Arab and African immigrants, before recent events i've met for example many french women around Europe that moved out of France afraid of being raped and they were from small or medium cities, not from Paris.

Actually racism has always been big anywhere in Europe, to a much lower degree there is also racism among native Europeans of different origins.

Just dress well and don't act like an idiot and you'll be fine.
And this is valid for all the world.

I recently upgraded my Tinder subscription to gold and have been experimenting with a few locations. For reference, I am an Indian guy but born and raised in the US. What I do is I change my location every 4 to 5 days and then see how many likes I get, here is what has been my experience so far by city.

Bucharest, Romania: 12 likes

Budapest, Hungary: 11 likes

Stockholm, Sweden: 2 likes (on my second day in the city)

For reference, when I had Tinder in NYC I would get close to 35 or so likes per week but that is back when the app was still strong (or before it was starting to slip a great deal). Bumble does not allow you to change locations as easily.

I got a couple more days in the city until I change to another one, maybe Copenhagen and Oslo for comparison but so far, things are not looking good at all. I used to hear about how brown guys could do well in Sweden but I have also heard how recently, things have got a lot worse. From my minor experience, Swedes do seem a lot more judgmental than other Scandinavians, must be due to American media kissing their ass as being beautiful.

As a whole, I've had a far better experience with Americans than I have had with Europeans. Some Europeans I have met were chill but I found the younger ones who travel and end up in the party scenes of a lot of big US cities to be a bit hostile. Exception to this rule are the French and Eastern Europeans, especially when it comes to flings and ONS.

My worst experiences have been with Northern Europeans, especially the Dutch and Germans. I found the women to be real closed off and snotty while the guys have been condescending and quite aloof. Never made much friends with the younger people of that demographic, perhaps it is the Muslim invasion kicking in.

For what its worth, when it comes to white girls, I've always done better with brunettes than I have with blondes. It kinda goes against the conventional wisdom saying opposites attract tbh. Even with countries that have high blonde populations, I have normally ended up with brunettes from that country, case in point this one sexy Norwegian brunette I hooked up with a while back.
