In addition to the solid advice from the other posters on this thread, I'd remind you not to neglect your social circle.

If you're taking classes in China then you should already have a group of people that you can communicate and hang out with (your classmates). Get to know them better and you might have a chance with some of the girls in the circle, and you should get introduced to other new girls with whom you can communicate. This should give you the opportunity to game while you're working on your Chinese and on the other items mentioned in the thread.

Make sure you're smart and discreet about gaming social circle girls while your social circle is still small. If you develop a bad reputation it's just going to make things harder for you.

Your social circle should help you meet girls that you already have something in common with (easier to connect) and being introduced through social circle will help you bypass the cultural wall most Chinese girls have against dating South Asian guys.

Not gonna lie - it's still probably going to be a long uphill battle, but if Chinese girls are your thing then (esp given your background) I think a strong social circle is one if your best bets for getting laid regularly in China.

There is no reason why you shouldn't hit the gym to optimize your physique, make sure your style is on point, and start learning some Chinese to expand your game. Learn about 30 phrases related to small talk, directions, and adding WeChat - you can look this up online or use google translate and ask a local to correct it for you.

Learn to recognize the 10 most common questions you will get as a foreigner (they all ask the same shit). If you are nervous, find a friend or hire a tutor to practice the phrases on till you are comfortable saying them and have good pronunciation. Then, you are ready to go. Rinse, repeat till you get enough WeChats then invite them to coffee or something.

You are lucky that it isn't too hard to open in China using directions and a second tier city will not be burnt out from too many daygamers.

Young man, read and ponder the advice above. It's a long road but it'll be worth it.

Now to the good news:
1- You're 18. You have plenty of time to become the man you want to be. Set milestones in addition to getting laid for 20, 25 and beyond
2- The work starts with gym And style. Bonus is that you'll really stand out from "typical" south asian guys. You'll be killing it a couple of years
3- Be social, have a thing. Could be music, martial arts (recommended, you're in China) , sports (not cricket, something with wider appeal). Pick something that you really like

Keep learning, improving and approaching, the girls will come (heh)

Try couch surfing and similar events where locals look to interact with foreigners . I had success with these type of events in countries I do not speak the language well
