Actor: Use Animation To Push 'Progressive Values' To Kids

TJ Miller's horrible Emoji movie is all set to tank at the BO. TJ is openly talking about the movie being a blatant vehicle to brainwash youngsters into being good liberals. So I guess this is another example of Hollywood choosing their agenda over profits.

Quote:Quote:

An upcoming animated children’s film will encourage younger audiences to “understand and adopt progressive values,” according to the film's lead voice actor.

In an interview with HuffPost, voice actor T.J. Miller explained the political agenda embedded within The Emoji Movie; an animated comedy film tailored toward children and slated for release at the end of July.

The Emoji Movie is part of a broader movement in Hollywood to proselytize leftism, said Miller. HuffPost’s Claire Fallon described Hollywood’s political agitation as a means to “resist President Trump.”

Miller explained his attraction to joining the cast of The Emoji Movie:

So this was an opportunity to do something optimistic, positivistic and you know, we have very few weapons in the current administration, and one of them is to target a younger demographic and try and help them understand and adopt progressive values.

The Emoji Movie will push feminist narratives framing females as a neo-proletariat under the thumb of men, said Miller:

So the movie has a lot to say to women, and how they have limitless potential, and one of the characters literally breaks through a glass ceiling.

How good of a movie did they come up with? Well, even liberal reviewers aren't buying it:

And TJ is an angry nut case:

And he's apparently angry at his Silicon Valley cast (probably the best thing he's been involved in) because the other actors weren't doing enough to help Hillary. I wonder if this had something to do with him quitting...

Quote:Quote:

In a conversation with HuffPost, the 36-year-old actor and stand-up comedian said that before he left the hit HBO series this year, he asked his fellow actors why they hadn’t contributed to former Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign.

Miller, who has long been a critic of the president, left his role as Erlich Bachman on Silicon Valley in May after four seasons. The actor told HuffPost that since his departure, he’s had more time to focus on his political activism, and his stand-up comedy.

People forget we are running up against something that could destroy the human species, and that doesn’t have anything to do with MY opinion,” he said. “That is Noam Chomsky’s opinion. If you guys [HuffPost] don’t put everything into it, if Vanity Fair doesn’t put everything into it, if everybody doesn’t pitch in…”

And he's into Whipits apparently:

Quote:Quote:

"According to the docs ... T.J. allegedly went through his entire Whip-It stash and had to call his assistant to bring him more. Throughout the ride, T.J. allegedly complained he spent big money supporting Hillary Clinton and said he was pissed she lost the election.

Wilson says T.J. became increasingly erratic and accused him of being a Donald Trump supporter. During the final drop off, Wilson claims that, out of nowhere, T.J. struck him on the right side of his head and shoulder -- all while still driving.

Wilson says he slammed on the breaks so hard he suffered a violent whiplash. He's suing for medical expenses and other damages. We broke the story ... T.J. was arrested for the alleged assault."

Not a very savvy one this Miller is he?

Setting aside the political aspect. I've yet to see a positive comment of someone eager to see a movie based on emoji's...

Do yourself a favor, and swipe left on this one.

It's an idea that was practically laughed off the moment it was announced. A movie based on emojis from our cellphones. And yet, The Emoji Movie almost proves its detractors wrong. The film is given the building blocks for what could have been a serviceable, but not terribly exciting film, and that would have been victory enough. At least, that was until they wrote a joke. Then another joke. Followed by a multitude of jokes, all of which were allowed to be kept in the film. Naturally, with so many jokes, something had to be tossed out, and indeed it was. Unfortunately for our sake, that something was called "the story."
----
It's hard to tell if your kids will like The Emoji Movie, as it's not a film that really reaches for the youngest of its demographic, and the tweens this film is aimed at will probably see themselves as above this sort of thing. That leaves the parents to be entertained, and that's just a bridge too far to cross with this one. What could have been another example of a film rising above the cynicism that met its inception, The Emoji Movie turned out to be an even worse idea in execution than it did on paper. Its characters are weak, its story lame, and its purpose unclear. Do yourself a favor, and swipe left on this one.

This dickhead was in Deadpool as a bar buddy. Luckily he had very little impact on the whole movie.

Dammit that's too bad I didn't know that about TJ Miller. What a fucking fag. The thing that bugs me is that his character in Silicon Valley and the way he plays it borders on comedic genius. And then you have this shit.

TJ is another guy who watches everything Maddow/Noah/Oliver/etc tell him and accepts it as gospel. It's a whole pool of people the media has been whipping into a frenzy for the past year+.

Eventually, like the occupy misfits, you hope they'll tire out and take a nap.

This guy is from my hometown and it embarasses me to see he's such a pussy pansy.
I knew something was off with him when Patrice O'Neal had him on that one radio show where Patrice roasted the shit out of Dr. Zedrok and Miller's gamma ass was trying to play good cop/bad cop and appease Dr. Zdrok like a good little lap dog.

Patrice called him on that shit and I had a laugh knowing I'd seen that behavior from other men before, and then proceeded to ignore this moron ever since.

I actually really liked his character in Silicon Valley but I contribute that more to the excellent writing than Miller's ability.

He might claim that his costars' lack of political activism led to his departure, but I suspect Mike Judge, a known libertarian and the creator of the best representation of a fictional Conservative character (Hank Hill), was getting tired of his bullshit and wanted him out.

If that's true, good for Mike!

TJ was on Kimmel I think (another leftist nutjob) a few days ago, he was clearly pissed about whatever went down with Silicon Valley.

Emoji movie - does that mean that every character has only one facial expression like a bad actor?

What better way to illustrate liberal thinking - some people are always guilty and mean no matter what they do while others are always innocent victims.

I just read article about him where he claimed he was returning to stand up because the atmosphere in comedy was ripe. I thought he was eluding to fact every mainstream comedian is a limp dick leftist that can only make jokes that are pc and about Trump. I was hoping maybe he was would help swing pendulum back and at least attack pc protected people. Obviously he is just a shill with Trump derangement syndrome. There was also claim that he wanted to be main character and get more lines in SV which could have helped get him booted.

He tweeted to Patton Oswalt that he's being forced into political humor for reasons. I guess the world just needs his refreshing Trump bashing.

Look - that mental poison is only going to spread - most Hollywood companies have hired Diversity, Transgender and other Social Justice "consultants" who tell them what is not "problematic".

Googled him. Ah yeah, have seen him in passing: he's that guy who always hits that one note, over and over. I admire his commitment to never, ever wavering from that note, as well as the patience of the audiences who never get bored by it.

Note the state of his body. No toning at all. Soft arms. A gunt. This is a body that has never done a day of Real Work in its life, lecturing us all about accepting Communism.

Deep Soy.
