In the last month I've had 2 separate encounters in the last week where I hooked a fish but failed to reel her in. It's a pattern so there's clearly something I'm doing wrong... Thoughts?
1. I meet up with my roommate, his gf, his cuz from out of town and her friend from out of town (cute slim blonde 7). I arrive late they'd already been drinking. I arrive grab a drink and make small talk with the cuz eventually work my way over to the friend, flirting ensues, an hour after I arrive i'm kissing her in the bar as we're ordering drinks. She leaves her drink and runs outside. I slowly walk after her and meet her outside. I tell her she's being rude, she tells me not to leave my drink. We start making out outside the (bar on a busy street, long line outside to get in).

I'm trying to convince her to go back to her place, and she's giving me verbal resistance. I walk away, and she comes running after we make out some more and hop in a cab. She gives an address, hands in each others pants, tongues everywhere. We get to the address and it's a holiday in. Rather than head up she tells me I can't come upstairs.
We go to the side of the building make out, I finger her, she comes. I try 2 more times to get her to go inside, she keeps stalling. I figure 3 times is enough and bounce.
2. I'm at club with my bro I'm standing near the dancefloor. I start dancing with a shorter blonde (nice rack, big ass okay face 7). We start dancing for a few songs, intense grinding, and we start making out. She introduces me to her cousin and we head to another bar. Outside she introduces me to her brother and another chick who I don't remember. We're kissing and touching on the way to the spot. We arrive it's dead and they break off. We make out some more and I call an uber and we head back to my hotel. We get to my room and i throw her on the bed and we start making out. She says she needs the bathroom and heads in. When she comes out the vibe is different - sexual energy lower, says she needs to go home. I try to stop her but she means it, and leaves.
