It's been one week since I went off TRT. Doing a 6-week PCT with HCG first 2 weeks, then switch nolvadex for 4 weeks (tapering down the dosage the last 2 weeks). Entering into my 2nd week today.

So far so good, feeling fine, but I upped my diet game. Cooking more at home. Eating healthier the last few days, and taking supplements as well. I still need to pick up Vit C and D and Folic acid, though.

Scaled back on the super heavy stuff in the gym, doing higher reps with lower weights, but working my muscles just as hard. Continue doing boxing, working on hip flexibility, mobility and power.

Two weeks off TRT. Still feeling fine, other than slightly more irritable. Continue to push weights at high volume, strength is still there. Sex is good. Starting nolva on Wednesday for 4 more weeks.

Fell off the wagon during my visit to the US. I caught a cold and the gym across from my mom's house apparently had a fire so it was closed until further notice.

Starting to ease myself back into it this week, after two full weeks off. Probably won't hit 300 lb deadlift by the end of the year, but I'm in no hurry.

Also been off TRT for 5 weeks. No crash at all, other than that cold and some jet lag. Nolva helped with the soft landing, and I know it's working because my balls have been hanging low and firm.

No porn/no fap for 3 weeks and blew a huge load on my girl the night I got back. She was surprised how big it was (and she fucking loved it).

I don't think I'm going to miss TRT much, if at all. At least not until I reach my mid 40s.

Just my 2 cents but next time you do deadlifts just do your normal warm up routine and when you're about to do your fist set, load it up till 300. You can easily do it for at least 1-2 lifts when you can do 4x285 and it'll break a barrier in your head to push harder when you know you can do it because you've done it. It will be a huge motivator.

A few months ago I lifted 2x441 (200kg). I've just recently restarted deadlifting and just calmly building my way up again. Today I've done 5x310 for 3 sets and while I was doubtfull about managing it, the fact I knew I'm capable of way more pulled me through.
