How do we explain the thirst epidemic?

When the population of gazelles on the savannah dwindle and those of hogs and hippos exponentially increase, the hunters incapable of chasing gazelles may start to spear hogs and hippos and claim they like the fattier cuts of meat. Don't worry about them, just keep hunting your gazelles.

The thirst was always right under the surface. Men have always been thirsty as hell; but there were legal and societal constraints on women exploiting it.

Women are herd followers, so when exploiting thirst got you thrown in jail, few women pursued that path. But those outliers who did, saw just how thirsty men were, even decades ago.

Exhibit A: Bonnie Lee Bakley (1956-2001). A name few of you who are under 30 will recognize.

She was a scam artist, advertising in sleazy "lonely hearts" magazines and getting thirsty betas to send her money. But unlike SA or the $5 Tinder girl, in the good ol' days you would get arrested for this, and she did.

Despite apparently being a 4 at best, she was able to marry 10 men from the 1970s through 2000 and date several B-listers of the era, including Jerry Lee Lewis, Christian Brando, and finally 70's actor Robert Blake, who impregnated her when he was 67 and she was 43.

It became the worst nightmare of his life - making a baby with someone of her caliber, and shortly thereafter she was murdered in a case that never led to a criminal prosecution.

Blake, now 83, could have and has done much better. He recently re-married, to a statuesque longtime hookup of his who appears to be level-headed, loyal and not materialistic.

Women want/need men less than ever so we are chasing them more than ever.
