Lately I've been experiencing some bitchy behavior from girls...
Some things they say are:
"Why are you wearing this shirt?"
"Why aren't you wearing different shoes?"
"When are you going to care for your skin (I have bad acne)"
etc
I assume those questions happen during the first minutes of iteraction, i.e. not in comfort. Then, as usual with shit tests, don't answer the question, reframe it.
(deliver with neutral tone, try to sound like a bored recruiter) "So you are eager to apply for my personal style adviser position. It is closed now, but we would always consider the right candidate. Please tell me more about your experience." You just reframed her from trying to insult you to trying to win your approval.
(find the things she perceives as her potential flaws - small boobs, big nose etc. Take a deep look so she notices) "It is so nice to meet someone who is honest and can appreciate open feedback (pause) we know, big boobs/smaller nose/slender waist/long hair is important". Good delivery is important here, it should NOT come as insult. A very neutral/funny tone as if you're talking about which kind of beer you prefer. This will only work if the chick looks above average, and obviously thinks she's hot. Don't try on fuglies, those who do shit tests have very low self-esteem.
Ignore it, and continue with your story, same way as if she sais "uh-huh" or "oh sure". Better if you pause for a second, look at her, smile, indicate "no-no" and continue with your story as she didn't say anything worth mentioning. If she insists on answer by repeating the question (which should not happen), you can say something like "you
really wanna know that? (pause) You have to buy me a drink". Note that you did not say you will answer the question after she does, just that she has to buy you a drink. Then continue as usual.
However if she's asking those questions in comfort (i.e. once she is attracted and qualified), those are legitimate questions, and you can answer them. She may have some legitimate reasons to ask those (maybe you look like serial rapist in that shirt and shoes), so you may actually benefit from some feedback there.
