There is a wide demographic/people/ages/life situations/races/countries/cultural norms here... With regards to this thread on gaming some of us really old guys are reaching back 100's of years to assist mostly from a "North American" perspective (which may or may clash with European, or South American or Australian)
the question becomes is gaming women universal? and if not which culture does a guy mix up his act.
I pulled some quotes from LINUX I think he was referring to his country where he played (because LINUX blurb reminded me of me at around thirty years old...meaning I got older and my conscience was nagging me...some dude coined the phrase "prey on women" for a reason)......does it apply or should it out of country in a different culture
LINUX...."game" is an attempt to change ones personality in front of a woman to make themselves more attractive. It's walking around with a bag full of mask,.......

Gaming has PROPS (suits,cologne,hair styles) and (linux) MASKS ....then you start selling yourself learning from each failure and trying not to repeat the success (it gets dull then)...or never works twice (LMAO)
I'll give advice to the younger demographic on some of my gaming at mid 20's which I think fits with this area (being middle aged I went thru "make love not war" and birth control!!!!..no game required then.....and bypass the 80's ..disco..listening to songs like "push push in the bush" and "you can ring my bells" again no game required)
I got into DOOR to DOOR sales...(doesn't that say it all)....yup knocking on doors selling crap nobody wants or thought they needed. This is a tough job it requires learn from failure, sizing people up on the spot and perfecting your game and number one always be 100 percent positive. Behind all those doors are idiots and chicks that are 1 to 10's.
Company policy was you hold up the crew(4 guys in a car going to neighborhoods..err..territory) by screwing chicks your fired.
New to the job....I hated it.... what pissed me off the most was hot chicks slamming the door in my face..so evolution started raggy jeans/tee shirt...changed to dress pants/dress shirt.....to dress pants/sweater/tie/ nice hair style shoes
New to job....when a chick that's a 10 opens the door....I got flustered.....Sales training requires a sort of oral presentation of the product which went out the window in front of a goddess.....Failure not selling her the product hurt my feelings (pocket book) so I worked away and evolved...stammering to confident presentation of the product ....looking down or away to looking directly at....insincere to fake sincerity......droning talk...to witty and charming
Fast forward ...I banged more chicks (had to go back after work) than I can remember....I was selling chicks and they were buying stuff that they didn't want ..I could see they weren't even interested in the product a lot of times just me at some points
Trouble is when you went out......you can't turn this off your always pitching and selling a fake yourself with a prepared presentation (game)...in actual fact I quit the job because it was more of a rush/challenge/goal to bag a target (girls dehumanized...I could sell sand to an Arab) with my carefully honed game it became a real weight to "me" being "me"
Moral of the story....don't overdo the gaming stuff.....Hugh Hefner is a classic example of "never getting out" he's a screwed up sexually repressed 1950's guy wanting to live in a candy store forever....never appreciating a good woman (in my opinion)
