Kim has stated that Megaupload was taken down on Hillary's orders after pay-for-play megabucks from the MPAA. He has an axe to grind and must believe that what he will say could help bring her down. It's pretty obvious though that if his statement amounts to a big nothing-burger no one will ever take him seriously again.

You can't have "Seth Rich was the DC leaker" without "The DNC killed Seth Rich".

In a lot of ways fighting to find out who killed Seth Rich is putting the cart before the horse. Like you say, once you establish loudly and clearly that Rich leaked the DNC emails then nobody is buying the robber narrative.

Trump needs to get this story out somehow, even if it's just through one of his "bizarre" tweets. Something to the effect of "#SethRich found to be #DNC email leaker. Not Russians. Killed two weeks after revealing Hillary cheated Bernie. Coincidence? #DrainTheSwamp"

With that kind of pressure the media would be forced to cover it in some manner, and once people started asking "who is this Seth Rich guy" then we'd see some serious fireworks.

The problem is that the swamp drainers have to move fast on this. The DNC and the Clinton cartel will already be thug-shopping to find someone who'll play patsy for this so called robbery. They get a guy to confess to it, the DC police play along like well trained dogs and the guy plea bargains through the system in record time. Two weeks later the felon gets prison-shanked and the story dies with him. From then on it will give much more credence to the idea that this is all a ridiculous conspiracy theory.

Of course you can. Although Seth Rich's assassination and the DNC leak are connected, they're two completely separate issues.

Evidence of Seth Rich leaking the emails exists.
Evidence of who gave the order to have him off'd does not. Sure there's motive, intent, etc., but no smoking gun. Everyone will know who is responsible, but bringing them to justice just won't be possible.

I'm not surprised by this. This tells us that the former DC Police Chief was supposed to recuse herself due to conflict of interest. The former chief had too many personal connections with the DNC and Clinton Campaign. If she covered everything up for those crooks, then she should be investigated and questioned. And we ought to throw her ass in jail.

- Special investigation into Trump/Russia reveals Russia did nothing.
- Leaks to WikiLeaks is revealed to have come from Seth Rich.
- Seth Rich's murder is declared an assassination and the fact of a cover up of the murder is made official.
- DNC goes into full meltdown mode while people furiously speculate who was the murderer.

After this point, it doesn't matter if the killer is found, the damage is already done. But if Trump decides to go full monty and order a special investigator into Seth Rich it would be great to rub salt into the wounds. Seth Rich's murder would be an amazing talking point in 2018.

Did the word Panda ever come up in any leaks (Wikileaks or Guccifer 2.0) stuff? I don't recall anything. I wonder if Seth used this Panda alias on Reddit or other places. Might not hurt to do some quick scans and see.

Well it seems others started without me. Either way, Kim is just excited that the DNC guy slipped up and made that tweet about Seth, but deleted it. I guess he realized that Panda = Seth at that moment, like some others did. Still useless in the grand scheme of things.

Even with all of Seth's burner email addresses now known and other aliases, someone would have to guess his passwords correctly (Social engineering probably wont work), and see what is inside. Pretty sure correspondence with Julian has to be in at least one of them.

It's possible Seth may have checked his email on his gal's PC or a PC inside his parents house as well. If the password was cached there is a chance of recovery.

Other than that, only a law enforcement body can get a warrant to Google for access to his mailbox, and we all know that shit isn't happening...

Also Samuel you left out the rest of Kim's statement. He says he is willing to travel to the US and provide a statement to law enforcement. He also says Seth's family reached out to him and asked him to be respectful of Seth, whatever the fuck that really means.
