Tattoos still haven't caught on with actresses. They know it's a business that sells itself on appearance and that anyone with a tattoo is going to have a big disadvantage over anyone without one. They might get small ones, but they are never obvious with them.

Kristen Bell is one big exception. Of course, you almost never see her tattoos. She also has done lots of voice work for that reason.
