This might sound a bit controversial, but I think that Africans on average tend to have naturally higher testosterone levels, so they often tend to be more sexually 'aggressive' in the case of both sexes; wouldn't surprise me if the "hood culture" propagated by rappers and the media also influences so much reckless sexual behavior in African American communities; to the point that more black babies are aborted than born alive in New York City.
