when girls reach out for help and you know they reached out to tou only to use you and forget later. how you handle this kind of situations in real life/
Do you guys just ignore when some one asks for help ( girl)
or you ask something in return immediately

Can you write up some examples of what you're having an issue with? Some girls are a little more sly than others; though most aren't. Different situations call for different actions also keeping in mind what you want out of it.

Depends on how good friends we are. Someone who I hang out a lot with or at least used too, then I'd do them a favor like I would a guy friend.
Person who I haven't talked too in a while but I liked them, then sure I might do the favor, always good to keep your network live and going. Usually people offer to buy me lunch or something in these scenarios.
Someone who I haven't talked too in a while and have no opinion of, or someone who I don't care for, I'll just say I am not available.

If she's neither family, nor previously helped you, why would you help her?
You'll just be labelled "Beta" in her mind, lowering your own SMV in her eyes.
