Women naturally age faster than men due to having thinner skin and less collagen, so women that take drugs obviously age much faster. Apparently this girl is only 20, still young enough to get by on her youth and heavy use of layers of makeup to coverup the masculinization of her face, give her 5 more years of drug abuse (these people always want more and more) and she'll hit the wall before her mother and if she doesn't quit the drugs she'll look 50 when she's 35.
