I thought I'd put this question out there. I am looking to spend significant time abroad this year(2017), and I need some suggestions.

My priorities - of the top of my head are the following (no particular order):

Interesting culture and accessible (i.e. not closed off to foreigners)
Established to some extent as a tourism destination (not too remote)
Safety - not needing to watch my back constantly
Great food - variety and quality
Great vistas, landscapes - I plan to do a lot of photography (maybe even get started with a travel blog)
Easy to travel solo or easy to get a travel/tour guide
Entry not a hassle
Not too expensive to get to, or stay for a few weeks

I didn't put anything on my little list regarding women, 'cause at this point, I'm in the exploration mode, think of it as a reconnaissance mission.

This may have been covered before, in different posts - can you point me to any.

All of Europe, especially eastern europe, everything's got 3months visa free entry and it's pretty safe.
