Rapid bulking

Being naturally skinny, on my never ending quest to bulking up, I came across this article and am completely fascinated by it.

I am In the same position as Alex hormozi here. My All time high was 160 lbs but right now Im down to 135 lbs which is not as low as when i started working out at 125lbs.
I'm going to be starting his program as described In the article very soon.
I've always had problems with eating a lot but the way diet and exercise is presented here is very intriguing.

Tl Dr: work out 3 hours a day and eat a ton of carbs. He was eating 800g of carbs but only 50g of fat per day.

Thoughts? Especially regarding the low fat aspect.

How tall are you?

A few things to start off...
3 hours is much too long to be working out daily. You're either fucking around too much which means your sessions are lacking intensity or you aren't lifting heavy enough. With a 20 minute warm up the longest I've ever been in the gym is 90 minutes.

The article seems like another fitness fad promotion.
Do this insane thing and get results fast.
What will most likely happen is you will hurt yourself with so much volume being a novice weight lifter. Also not lifting with proper form might be passable in the beginning but as your body breaks down you'll start to get injuries along the way and eventually they will become too painful to continue this program.

I think the issue with rapid result programs like this one is trick inexperienced people into thinking attaining goals are all about binge style plans instead of consistent effort.
What will you do once you get to end of the program? You haven't learned about proper nutrition or meal prep so your weight will go down and you'll lose your gains. Not to mention you never learned how to work in moderation. It's either 1000% effort for 3hours a day OR whatever you were doing before that wasn't getting you results.

I have a few years of consistent gym experience. I'm 5foot 6 inches.

Did you read both the articles? They are quite fascinating plus they give answers to what you assume are questions.

I'm going to be bulking up again anyways so I'll definitely try this program out. It's really just train very intense and eat a lot of carbs.

insanely horrible idea. This is one of a million rich quick schemes of the fitness world. Doesnt work and even if it did you wouldnt sustain it.

Try gaining and maintaining 10 pounds of lean weight in the next 6 months and see how you feel in terms of size and time commitment.

You can gain 35 lbs in 6 weeks, but 20 lbs will be fat. Do yourself a favor and don't believe the muscle rags' claims.

If you're not fucking her, someone else is.

Get your testosterone levels checked and count your calories and be honest about how much you sleep. If one of those three legs is fucked up, then you're gonna have a bad time.

I will be checking my PMs weekly, so you can catch me there. I will not be posting.

I'm naturally skinny too, what pack of supplements would you recommend to get quick gains? I've worked out before and gained a little muscle but I want more.

Natural trainees are generally able to gain around 0.5 lbs of muscle per week while doing everything right if they're lucky. Rapid bulking is just getting fat quickly.
