Your recollection of German history goes back as far as the Munich Olympics huh? I wouldn't write off the crouts quite yet. The Germans are probably the most polite, well-mannered people in the world, and they are not easy to anger. But when they are repeatedly prodded and poked and harassed, and when they do eventually get angry...... well, let's just say that you don't want to get the Germans angry.
