They are men and women fed up with a system that has promised so much and delivered so little. They are the silent majority who have had shit kicked in their face for decades and have finally had enough! Hell, some of them aren’t even American. No. Some are like me. Some are like my father…
Fifteen years ago he managed an entire floor of a big city corporation. One year later he was made redundant as a result of equal employment quotas. Four women filled his role that he held for over a decade, all under qualified, all incapable of the workload. Six months later, the business went bankrupt.
In 2006 he undertook two jobs. He was always told that hard work equalled prosperity. Instead, big government raised taxes. Instead of rewarding hard work it was punished. A man working eighteen-hour days at a baseline wage was giving half his earnings to the government, and where was that money going? Refugees, foreign wars, and a generation of entitled millennials who scream for government handouts. In other words, these God damned Trump supporters are funding your refugees, they’re funding your holiday homes, they’re funding your pot smoking son who dreams of being a drummer in a rock band! These people, these men and women who you call racist are funding your entire base of supporters and you try to put us down! Well fuck you!
For over a year now, I have seen the ground swell of a Trump victory coming. The politicians, the moneymen, the millionaires, the professors, the pollsters, the pundits, and the media all sat in their ivory towers dismissing the man who continually proved them wrong. Instead of taking a second to see who he was talking to, you wrote us off as deplorables. For over fifteen years we have been calling out for help. We’ve been busting our ass for our nation and everyone in it! We don’t give a shit if you’re black, white, brown, yellow, purple. We don’t give a damn if you’re a man or a woman. All we want is hope, hope that one day we can revive the American dream, and you know what? There was one man who listened. Donald J Trump. While you stomped on us, while you neglected us, while you called us every name under the sun, he extended his hand and called us his friend. You had your chance and you blew it!
You awoke a sleeping giant and on Nov. 8 the American people gave you the middle finger. A middle finger to your corruption. A middle finger to your bigotry. A middle finger to your lies and a big fuck you to the elite who think they can get rich off the blood, sweat and tears of hard working men and women across the globe. The message was like a bullet straight to the brain and yet you still didn’t get it!
I woke today to find article after article painting Trump supporters as racist. Are blacks for Trump racist? What about Latino’s for Trump? Asians for Trump? How about women for Trump? Are they misogynists? No, but it didn’t stop there… The biggest target of your hatred, the centre of your attacks was the white male. For the entirety of my young adult life, the white male has been seen as something to be ashamed of. Twenty years ago, my father would have never had to mention his multi-cultural friends to avoid the label of racist. Now it’s a pre-requisite in social circles. The reality is that Trump supporters are just people fed up with your bullshit! Fed up with your deceit, and mark my words we’re going to do everything we can to destroy you. In four years time, we’ll be running the media, we’ll be running pop culture, we’ll be running your schools, and your universities… Hell, in four years time we’ll be running it all! We aren’t here to take part. We’re here to take over. With the help of all American’s, no matter your race, no matter your creed, we’re gonna pull together and make American Great again and there’s not a damn thing you can do to stop us! This Trump train has no brakes, so either get on board or get out of the way.
