Seasons 4 Regions

Im European but work from home 6 months in Brazil and then I have to leave when my visa expires.
I dont earn lots of money but I have freedom so I am experimenting with the idea of splitting my life up into 4 different seasons. Priorities are good weather, nightlife, quality of women and a low cost.
Where would you guys split your seasons up for a perfect year?
This what I got so far:
Jan- March
Brazilian Summer (Carnival Time)
April-June
FSU Spring
July-Sept
Balkan Summer- Serbia & Montenegro
Oct-Dec
Central America or SE Asia?
