Vacation Routine

The Following is my problem:

After vacation or holidays I am not able to motivate me back to my day to day routine of lifting and learning.

I takes me around 2 to 4 weeks to get back to my everyday life. I always need stability to do for example lifting. I am not able to include in a spontanous and travelsome life a good healthy living. It bugs me beyond reason. Its like after vacation I need 4 weeks to come back home.
I have basicly coming-back-home sickness and it fucks up my gains and game-
Please help.

I am not going to address the numerous excuses made in this post. Quite simply, you, as a man, have not yet made a conscious decision to consistently better yourself.

Follow this link for an article written by Roosh that differentiates excellent men from average men. Travel isn't causing your problems. You aren't putting in the work on a daily basis that will guide you towards excellence. You want abs and large muscles? Eat right, even when temptation tries to dissuade you. Hit the gym even when all you want to do is sit on the couch and watch Netflix. It's the little things that add up over time. If you put in that daily effort, a year down the road you'll look in the mirror and compare that image to the person you were a year prior and hardly recognize him.

Give $500.00 to a trusted friend at the gym. Tell him that if he does not see you in the gym the day after you get back, and every day for the following two weeks, that he keeps the money.

That should inspire you to hop back on that horse.
