I am very curious about habits, and how it all affects success. I have been experimenting with my routines, and lifestyle to find that perfect fit for happy and productive, purpose and passion driven routine. What I basically do is to steal habits of powerful people that I come across.- through articles/books
My habits look like as follows at the moment, though I can't say that I'm able to do all in the list every other day.
- Waking up early (Trouble for me at the moment especially on the weekends)
- Visualize
- Making lists
- Listening to podcasts (I do that in the gym)
- Reading (At least 20 mins a day before sleeping)
- Going to gym
- Learning a new language
I am sure there are a lot of successful/productive guys in this forum, so I wanted to ask how is your mourning routines, habits look like?
