Can you do Calisthenics everyday?

Running, pull ups, crunches and push ups?

Can these be done everyday and will I get stronger, look better muscle wise?

I know in the military for instance you do these things everyday (at least in boot camp) so I assume its ok?

I know that you shouldnt do weights everyday thats for sure.

Yes you can do some sort of excercieses everyday.

It doesn't hurt to have a rest day to break out of the gym norm every now and then.

This should be posted in the Lifter's Loungue.

Strong and muscle wise is more than running, crunches, pull ups.

It's also diet and your workout routine.

Tell them too much, they wouldn't understand; tell them what they know, they would yawn.
They have to move up by responding to challenges, not too easy not too hard, until they paused at what they always think is the end of the road for all time instead of a momentary break in an endless upward spiral

You don't do the same kind of training day after day in the military, certainly not in the UK forces. You might do a fast paced run one day, followed by circuit training the next, then a slower paced longer distance run the next. You will always warm up, cool down and stretch, rest days will also be scheduled. Times have changed, the military now use a carefully thought out approach to build your strength and stamina so you can function when you pass out from training. Losing recruits to avoidable injuries isn't helpful to anyone.

The only type of boot camp where they hammer away at you day after day is when undergoing selection for elite units. Then they are looking for guys who are not only fit but also physically robust and well prepared, and also mentally able to push through the pain barrier, they need to sort the wheat from the chaff. This type of physical activity will break you down.

In response to your question - the younger you are and the better you sleep and eat the more you will get away with. However a structured approach to your training will always yield better results than aimlessly working out day after day if you're not putting any real thought into what you're doing. I'd say you can certainly train 6 days out of 7, but if you're training hard you need a rest day. Train smart.

Unless your goal is, in itself, to do calisthenics every day, there are probably more effective ways to train - even if you want to just train with your bodyweight.
