I am surprised about the misanthrophy because in a blue pill world, as a person ages they are supposed to see the good in people like the grandpa in a Disney movie.

Also surprised about your view on happiness. It is something I have heard before. To chase satisfaction of achievement rather than happiness which is harder to harness.

I think there is balance, it is hard to be happy though as a man even when your life has little stress if you aren't achieving because you will see other men achieving great things at some times younger ages and that is impossible to ignore unless you lie to yourself that you cannot also reach a greater level.

The misanthropic feeling increase comments are damn near exactly how I feel and have felt for a while.

Case in point. Here you are talking about it and there’s a fight in the street (verbally) starting. People are ghetto as hell by their dumbness. I've been trying to remove myself from the masses. I'm currently selling in a very rural territory to southeast of my midwest city, and it's refreshing the realness of most of these folks.

The 2 meals a day thing, is what I fell into naturally when I abandoned lifting and exercise 5.5 months ago to focus on redirecting my life career/financially, and see if numerous joint problems would correct themselves some by removing the constant skeletal load . Funny, I stayed in good shape, just weaker, and lost about 15 lbs of muscle, but kept the same, or even better body shape. The girl I’m fucking thinks I look hot, and surprisingly my libido didn’t drop much despite being >40. By fall, back to lifting and some running/walking.
