Want to workout, feeling weak, lazy and tired.

I've got serious digestive issues and can't take a lot of caffeine.
Anyone out there ever messed with fresh juice for their boost?

Is it caffeine itself or some chemical in coffee? Might be wise to find out.

Yeah, I've juiced pre-workout for an energy boost. I usually do beet-carrot-ginger juice as the beets have lots of nitrates --> nitric oxide --> vasodilator --> better blood flow. You can also add apples and lemons. Find a combination that works for you, but I'd include as much beet as you can palate. Beta Alanine could be another good caffeine alternative.

ACV (apple cider vinegar) is supposed to give you an energy boost and it will also help with digestion. The sources online I've seen recommend 1-2 tablespoons in 8oz or so of water.
