I love that woman. Those kind of women supply a lifetime of money to those who know how to get it from them. More than anything, woman like that should be exploited. $300k house in Texas sure looks damn nice. In Michigan you can probably match that at $100k. Too bad I live in one of the most expensive real estate area in the country. Would have to go $700k for a house of that caliber.
Haha that was funny, smart hustler. I'd be concerned though that he can't keep up the house - houses have maintenance costs, and a poorly maintained house can hurt property values.
