Ukraine Game - Need Advice

Hey everyone, first post so here we go :

About me, 22 years old, blonde hair, blue eyes, 186 cm, Germanic/Nordic look, been told I'm fairly attractive. I started learning game six months ago in America, but have traveled a bit, and am now in Ukraine.

I've been in Kiev for 3 weeks so far, still no flag. I've been using primarily internet game (Tinder) + some day game, but I keep running into trouble. Gone on 10 dates
so far, and they all are more or less like this :

Meet girl in city center, go for walk, maybe grab a drink, talk for an hour or two, keeping everything simple, then go for kiss at end. I sometimes get it, sometimes don't. I've gone on a few date 2's, getting food/drink near my place, but they are always running out of time or don't want to go back to my place. I need help with :

- Conveying what I want (some girls might think I'm a friend, but I go for kiss to convey I'm not). Should I tell them directly at the start what I'm looking for?

- Are girls in Kiev/Ukraine more conservative? I've read Bang Ukraine which suggests this, but then see on the forum people say that Kiev is paradise, but I don't see how.

- Should I look for girls somewhere besides online/day game on main street? I'm thinking that there are much easier girls at clubs, but I went to DLux and it is the see and be seen type of club from what I can tell, didn't really get anywhere.

I'm still a game newbie, I've only been approaching girls for 6 months (I didn't really try at all until I was 22). Is Ukraine a place for veterans, i.e. am I in over my head? From Bang Ukraine I see that this place isn't exactly easy, but some suggest Kiev is easier. What then should I try?

Thank in advance for advice, I searched forums and read but still need some help.
