^I've met my fair share of hot Erins. It's a blonde sorority girl name here down South.

Edit: There's also a similar facial aesthetic to blonde girls with the name Erin. Some pictures highlighting this:

Notice the jawline, eye shape, and lips. Blonde Erins are always a solid WB.

For a guy, you could fake your name and call yourself:

Chad, so bitches can call you Chad Thundercock.
Tyler
Tristan
Christian, rings of the 50 Shades of Gray character
McQueen, rings like Alexander McQueen
Alexander
Brad, another fratty name

Game is the difference between a broke average looking dude in a 2nd tier city turning bad bitch feminists into maids and fucktoys and a well to do lawyer with 50x the dough taking 3 dates to bang broads in philly.

Hillary, Stacey, Shannon and Ashley were all originally men's names in English (Shannon derives from Gaelic). Once a critical mass of women start appearing with a man's name, people stop naming their sons those names. Johnny Cash songs aside, it doesn't go in the other direction.

All the "Trey" named men I know are actually some sort of Firstname Lastname III, and their families start calling them Trey to not confuse them with their father and grandfather. They have also all either been Old Money or complete hillbillies.

The current terrible naming trend for women is giving them a patronym as a first name, like Madison, which literally means the son of Maud (another male to female crossover name).
