You discovered it so you get to name it.

But might I suggest scientific name of new species:

The familiar might be:

We should be giving Samseau the real credit. He named this type of troll on the first page back in 2011:

GAME ENVY TROLL

A derivative of the term Penis Envy, which was made famous in the 70s by certain new feminists. This is different from the game denier troll. This is a person who actually hates and is envious of those with game while pretending to be one of the guys and practice game. Could possibly admit to be a virgin for sympathy or practice "approaches" meant to fail as a means of disguising hatred of game. Abuses men's empathy but women run from the reek of desperation.

Possibly makes statements such as:

There's also the rep point troll, aka the gamma troll. This troll provides in depth, incredible anecdotes ultimately becoming an authority on advice for a range of topics.

Eventually however, this troll is thwarted by the autism troll. This troll, generally after being caught in the wrath of the gamma will spend days examining post history until they find the damning inconsistency which unmasks the gamma as a fraud.

At this point, the rep point troll reveals himself as just another autism troll, ultimately getting banned for sperging out and pissing off the forum.

I also recently noticed a rare, but irritating troll called the "expatriate troll." This troll looks down on others for not putting the same commitment into travel that he has and considers himself a "long term expat," but is typically only a tourist who has lived in a particular city for a few months.

It's not unusual for this type of troll to deride others for not living up to an arbitrary set of standards, claiming things like, "You need to be hardcore to have success here, you need to be fit, masculine, and make effort on the language," but is usually, himself a virgin who has failed in every possible way with women.

Will say things like "I know more about Belgrade than 99 percent of people on the forum, and at least 90 percent of the people that have passed through here. I fucking live here. That's a fact," despite having well under a year of experience actually living in the place they claim to be an expert on.

If challenged on the finer details of his ridiculous claims, this type of troll will go full male hamster and do his best to forever butcher the term "expat" by make the most of his limited experience and comparing himself to people who visit a city for under a week as a very short term tourist. May make statements likes the following: "It is now month 7ish of living here in the past 12 months. I intend to stay at least 2 more years, without going back to the states. Maybe I did not mean long term in the strictest since, merely I meant I'm living here more than a week, 2 weeks, month, 2 months, 3 months, which seems to be relatively common for guys I've met on the forum here."

Builds an entire identity around "being an expat" despite simply being nothing more than tourist himself.

Most us expats are fucked long term.

Short term we tend to have more disposable cash (because most countries are poorer than the uk and usa) and we tend to travel and socialize more; which is great.

Long term we often lack career progression - most people I know doing this do not have a pension or mortgage (20 and 30 somethings) and may face massive issues later on. Also, not many of us have partners and casual sex becomes a norm - meaning for us 30 somethings we don't have a wife or potential kids (unless we go back to our home nation and find a new career aged 34).

In short - never be threatened by us expats - its only something that's cool short term. Long term is nearly always not viable.

I agree with Suits and Flying Horse 100%. I left the US five years ago to live in Poland and have since made my way through Europe and am now in SEA. I am the last of my male friends from home who does not own a house, and isn't engaged or married - the second-to-last is getting married next month. Now, I wouldn't necessarily marry any of the women my friends have gotten locked down with. All of their wives and girlfriends are let's say "less than perfect." Feminism and weight gain seems to be the norm in all but one of those relationships. But I do envy my friends for having somewhat stable lives and futures, which is something I do not have, and may not for many years to come.

Travel and living abroad has been a dream come true in many ways. But at 32 I have come to accept the fact that this life choice has also put me on a very different path than most people. At the very least it has delayed my "launch" into family and fatherhood for a number of years or even decades should I choose that is something I want and meet a girl I believe is worth settling down with (I met one and we dated for four years; she was American, so the visa situation wouldn't have even been an issue, but alas... long distance and the constantly-moving nature of both of our lives as "citizens of the world" destroyed us).

I have come to accept I may never have a place in mainstream society, and that is okay. I don't want to be chasing pussy when I'm 60 and all but invisible to most women. But, then again. Who out of my social circle back home can say they've been to more countries than the years they've been alive? How many have gotten hammered with a non-English speaking grandma at a friend's three-day Christmas feast in the middle of the Polish countryside? Or trained martial arts in Asia? Or pulled a hot blonde chick from Oktoberfest? Or danced until 7AM in a club that smelled like an overflowing toilet in Chisinau, Moldova?

Would I trade these experiences for comfort and stability? I don't know. If I had a time machine and the real possibility, maybe. But I don't think I would. I do however respect those who never walked this path and instead chose a normal life, and this poem does hit a little too close to home:

"There's a race of men that don't fit in,
A race that can't stay still;
So they break the hearts of kith and kin,
And they roam the world at will.
They range the field and they rove the flood,
And they climb the mountain's crest;
Theirs is the curse of the gypsy blood,
And they don't know how to rest.

If they just went straight they might go far;
They are strong and brave and true;
But they're always tired of the things that are,
And they want the strange and new.
They say: "Could I find my proper groove,
What a deep mark I would make!"
So they chop and change, and each fresh move
Is only a fresh mistake.

And each forgets, as he strips and runs
With a brilliant, fitful pace,
It's the steady, quiet, plodding ones
Who win in the lifelong race.
And each forgets that his youth has fled,
Forgets that his prime is past,
Till he stands one day, with a hope that's dead,
In the glare of the truth at last.

He has failed, he has failed; he has missed his chance;
He has just done things by half.
Life's been a jolly good joke on him,
And now is the time to laugh.
Ha, ha! He is one of the Legion Lost;
He was never meant to win;
He's a rolling stone, and it's bred in the bone;
He's a man who won't fit in."

"If you're gonna raise a ruckus, one word of advice: if you're gonna do wrong, buddy, do wrong right."

I sometimes get sentimental like that too RE not living a traditional/comfortable life.

But, the cold hard truth is that it's an illusion.

Half of marriages end in divorce. Half of people from what is reported cheat on their partner (I would say the actual rate is closer to 60-70%, but in all liklihood more). Lots of couples have money troubles and are in debt.

People often have their kids, they grow up, and then don't really speak to them much because their kids are adults themselves and have their own friends and life going on - yet their kids continually ask to borrow money from them. Parents are often so drained from raising kids they just want to sit there and do nothing.

After a few years of marriage, a lot of couples aren't really having sex anymore with any healthy regularity.

I'm not saying don't settle down and don't have kids - but you really aren't missing much if you haven't yet based on the average relationship/marriage.

You're so much better off particularly as a man developing yourself and your life.

I know I'd 100% rather be a 32 year old man and have freedom to still choose how my life pans out, than be a 32 year old man in a sexless marriage married to someone I'm not attracted to with 1 or 2 kids, a massive mortgage and be trapped in a job that makes me want to shoot myself.

No matter how old a man is, I think it's never too late to build up some money, get in or stay in good shape, make some goals, learn some new skills and figure out how you can make a positive or productive impact on the world regardless of whether you are single or in a relationship.

I think though because I have so much reference experiences, I'm able to tell what a girl who's keen on fucking me behaves likes towards me so I'm able to strike while the iron is hot so to speak.

Namely they're just extremely compliant and it seems like there's very little I could do wrong. It's easy to let it get to your head but often the girl was just into you and the same behaviour with a girl who's not into you could make you start doubting yourself as well if you let it.

Total lack of physique and say that it doesn't help with women at all. Call anybody that lifts a "body builder" and use totally extreme examples of total freaks that look disgusting, not someone just muscled and lean. Use examples of what women say, instead of what they do. Do game vs. muscles instead of game and muscles like they are competing when really they work together. Hampster almost as big as women's.
