I think it's well understood that to keep girls from straying away that it's important to fuck them good.
I've seen discussions on game obviously, and to a lesser bedroom technique/being dominant in the bedroom. What do you guys do to make sure that you can be rock hard when the time comes, go more than once, avoid things like performance anxiety, etc? Do you guys take any supplements or do anything else beforehand?

Lift weights, don't drink a lot before fucking, take zinc, don't beat off too often and fuck girls that give you rock hard boners.

Diet is a big factor for me. If I go out for drinks with a girl I want to make sure I load up on carbs prior so my performance isn't lackluster.

There has been one instance where I have gone out for drinks and forgotten to eat and ended up with brewer droop.
Last and only time.

Zinc is a big one also. Not wacking it and also lifting as realolgist said.

I'm 34 and still have no issues getting rock hard, but I've become a little more attuned with my body and what effects my sexual performance.

I take 65mg total(15mg in multi, 50m in zinc) daily. If I forget a day or two I don't notice anything. Make sure to take it with copper and food or you will have an upset stomach.

Early to be most nights (important for hormonal output).
Sex earlier in the day instead of later at night, to maximize hormonal output during sleep.
Don't eat late (again, to maximize hormonal output).
Lift weights.
Curb the porn habit.
Curb drinking, smoking, and drugs as much as possible (taxing the liver reduces sexual ability).

I don't find supplementation to be necessary or desireable if your metabolic and hormonal systems are kept fit with the above recommendations.

I don't think that going more than once is sexually healthy depending on your age (it supposedly over-taxes the liver enzymes involved in sexual performance), but I concede that it's fun and is what most of us aspire to. My recommendation is that sex earlier in the day will be important to maintaining a 2+ lifestyle. I've never had performance anxiety, knock on wood (heh).

I stopped working out as often due to a change in my work schedule and I have noticed a pretty substantial change in my libido from when I was regularly lifting. I don't know if this was from the testosterone from a good session or just the confidence from the work out.

I always underperform on the first lay, which is seriously damaging my game. I'm not even that nervous, but I just can't reach optimal hardness. It doesn't help that the first lay is so crucial.

Any recs on sources of zinc? Might try that next. Or just get some viagra for first night lays. Happy to receive those recs too.

Are you drinking during these first lays? Are you well rested and well feed before hand?

A lot of factors can affect your performance. Get yourself to an ideal baseline then assess whether it is just those health things or something else.

Otherwise 25mg of V will sort you out to get you across the line.

There's an entire thread on it, full of good info.

A thing that worked miracles for me was also Maca, but every time I start taking it I get serous stomach cramps in about 2 weeks, so staying on Zinc now.

My take is that it's her job to make me rock hard, not the other way around. I don't do supplements, just eat healthy, work out a few days a week. No drugs, limit alcohol, and the rest takes care of itself. No need to overthink it. When you keep your emotional bank account just as healthy as your financial bank account the other stuff falls into place.

I might not be the best person to give advice on this topic since I've got ed, but things that used to work well for me are:
- go to bed early
- no processed food
- walk a lot
- no porn
- no masturbation
- don't blow your load too often
- get in the sun

Basically most of what hydrogonian said.

As for supplements, l-arginine, maca, yohimbe and icariin (the active substance in horny goat weed) gave a slight boost as well.

I've never really had problems in that department. Never tried cialis or anything like that. No porn/no fap, and finding a woman who excites me is enough. Only stayed soft once, and it was after I drank heavily and wasn't fully into the chick I was with. I eat well and work out. If you're doing everything right, then seems to me the woman doesn't meet your baseline level of attraction and you can't be blaming yourself.

As far as going more than once (refractory period), I can't really do that. I've done it only a handful of times, but I really have to be into it. Once every 12 hours is even pushing it for me. I can get up no problem, but I have to dig deep to get over the hill. I'd be interested in hearing what other guys have to share with that.

For me, I don't like taking supplements. Even though I'm on TRT, which helps, it's important to eat a healthy diet and exercise (lifting is best).

Another thing that really helps is not to overeat. Eating too much tends to be a boner killer for me. So when I'm with a girl, or have an upcoming date, I eat light and none of that processed crap either. It helps if I'm just a little hungry by the time we have sex.

To not repeat all the good info what has been said already, just consider choosing the right condoms might help also. I liked ultra sensitive ones, but I noticed they are extra tight on my dick and make it difficult to stay rock hard for long. Then changed brands to Durex Comfort and it worked wonders. Can stay hard longer.
No drugs, no tobacco, little booze lots of sleep. Gotta restart lifting.

I'd like to share a datasheet on Yoga one day. Helped me out in a pinch a few times. I tell all my male friends about it.

Seeing all these posts makes me want to start lifting and exercising again too. Although I've never noticed stronger boners after lifting, I am a bit more aroused I think.

While 2+ is likely not that healthy for any guy, the general rule of thumb is that as a man gets older he should scale down the number of times he goes in one session as well as the overall frequency is he wants to be able to keep going at all without issues. A 20 year old may be able to go 4 times without flinching. A 40 year should should probably limit it to once, and maybe then not every day, to maintain sexual health; even if he can go more than once.

Of course, this is all subject to the relative fitness of each individual. There will be exceptions to age and frequency going in either direction.

If your system is at 12+ hours I'd certainly listen to that.

Agree on the condom front, the "ultra thin" condoms are not great for maintaining an erection and are way too tight, the less thin ones work much better and would recommend those for first time lays where your cock is on mission critical.

I think most guys would struggle with mainly masterbation. If you masterbate just once a week it would be shocking if you can't get an erection even after a couple of glasses of wine.

Recently (last couple years) I've had trouble busting a nut when I have all these manosphere tropes running though my mind (hypergamy, was this alpha/ trying not to be beta, ect) . I'm overly analytical and find it hard to turn off my brain, even during sex. It's not every time or even close to that but it's noticeable nonetheless.

^ Take half an Indian-made Cialis tab.

Don't drink beer. It will make you want piss and put pressure on your Johnson. Be in the mind frame of manhandling her.

Don't get off a few days before the date.

With a few spirits down I don't think you can have performance anxiety when your crotch feels like a Panzer needing to roll into Poland.
