It's all genetic. Brushing your hair and lathering up in coconut oil won't do shit. I've ran 2 grams of test and a gram of tren and just grew hair faster. It's all genetic.

Sometimes you lose, learn to live with it.

You can learn to live with it, or try Rogaine and microneedling, which are safe, inexpensive treatments that have worked great for me so far.

What's your microneedling routine?

I use this 28 day schedule:

I've been at it for 4 months. I've noticed a bit more fullness of the crown, as well as a thin solid line of new "fuzz" that follows the M of my hairline. It's not huge regrowth but it's something, and it's also done a good job preserving the thickness I already had (which slowly fades with no routine.)

It's just genetics. From what I know 'dihydrotestosterone' is responsible for hair loss. The more sensitive your hair is for this hormone, the faster it will fall out.

You can lower the production of dihydrotestosterone, but you will get physical problems, because your body needs this hormone. Blame it on genetics that your hair is sensitive for this hormone.

Guys , have you found finasteride to be more effective than Saw palmetto?

Thinking about trying the Saw but don't want lower results

I'm going to hop on finasteride in the incoming days i just hope i don't get any sides, if so i'll let you guys know here in the forum. Too bad i waited till i reached NW2.

I forgot to update this, i used for 1.5 months from September till mid October and got sides so decided to quit, I was using 5mg generic finasteride splitted in quarters. I'm going to start with a lower dose(1mg in quarters) in the beginning of January.
