Came across this website highlighting those laws.

Law #1 - Always and inevitably everyone underestimates the number of stupid individuals in circulation

No matter how smart you think someone is, he will end up doing stupid shit (present company included).
You may think you hang with a cool and sensible crowd. But just wait for it, and it will happen.

Law #3 - A stupid person is a person who causes losses to another person or to a group of persons while himself deriving no gain and even possibly incurring losses
It is the golden rule, in a sense of it defining what is STUPIDITY.
Next he analyses the possibilities of the Stupidity based on 2 scales: Our gain/harm and the other person gain/harm.

Stupid - I lose, he loses. Example - Communist.

Law #4 - Non-stupid people always underestimate the damaging power of stupid individuals. In particular non-stupid people constantly forget that at all times and places and under any circumstances to deal and/or associate with stupid people always turns out to be a costly mistake.
Yes, you are now asking yourself: "What the hell am I going to do? There is no defense, and it is unpredictable"

Here comes the next one:
Law #5 - A stupid person is the most dangerous type of person.

Had second thoughts:

Game actually deals with irrational, and sometimes stupid creatures - Females.
Your LTR starting a fight with you is a classic example of STUPID behavior - both of you lose, and sometimes you did not see it coming.

This means that Carlo M. Cipolla had his own set of logic, and could not understand "Feelings Logic".
This is the logic that we commonly see among female, children and SJW.

So there is a defense - GAME and incorporate feelings into the equation.
This will reduce the impact of stupidity.

How can he possibly say that every subset of people have the same proportion of stupid people -- people by his definition are "Law #3 - A stupid person is a person who causes losses to another person or to a group of persons while himself deriving no gain and even possibly incurring losses".

Go to American Midwestern small town. While people may not be smart, they fail his 3rd law because people their don't bother other people and if they do, they are mostly pleasant about it.

Contrast this with most fascist countries, such as China and the proportion of people fucking other people just for the hell of it skyrockets.

I don't believe for one second that somehow, nature decided every subset of people would end with the same amount of stupid people. Its so irrational and contrary to the ideas of nature that I cant believe any scientist could come up with a theory about it.

I read it again and I guess I ended up getting too focused on the process of identifying and labeling people stupid rather than the concept of stupid itself in relation to the function of society.
