Would you recommend this product as a collagen booster?

I had initially planned on taking a pill of collagen but I've been informed by a few others that taking it in a powder form can be better. I found this brand at my local health nut store, and I might purchase it. Any thoughts? Yeah, I know the packaging is pink, but I'm under 30, so I thought I might start with something less intense that what other posters have recommended.
