Chaos and pain cannibal ferox.
If homemade, I recommend citrulline malate be included in your preworkout shakes.

Use Jack3d, recently got pulled off the market, so I went and found a year's worth of it and stashed it.

Jack3d original formula was pulled a few years back, they haven't had 1,3 in their products in ages. Did you find a supplier of the original or did you stock up on the reformulated?

You should check out GAT- Nitraflex Testosterone Enhancing Pre Workout,

weak product.

I take it was for you. You should explain why you thought it was "weak" and add to the conversation of providing what product worked for you rather than just making a "weak comment"

I didn't think it needed much more explanation and I did list what was better in a post earlier, but if you need me to break it down for you, here ya go. Gat tries to fool younger and easily influenced customers by talking about clinical this and that but it's a marketing gimmick. They can say clinical doses because there is no regulation in the industry and there is no repercussion to saying it. They use the same products everybody else uses, but instead of just listing what they are they use the scientific nomenclature to sound impressive. It's the same arginine, beta alinine that everybody else uses but instead of listing doses so we can find out if they're using optimal doses they hide it in a proprietary blend, industry trick to load less costly ingredients and skimp on the higher priced ones. They have 2 of the best known faces in the game as sponsored athletes, Ramy and Sadik which coupled with the scientific angle make them very impressive to those fooled by the overall packaging and presentation. There is a reason that a product like prejym is priced quite a bit higher than nitraflex, they list exactly whats in it and it's dosed at optimal doses and that costs. It's not that gat product is a terrible product but it is a lesser product than others out there and that they resort to trickery for sales should be a good sign of that, it's disingenuous. It wasn't a shot at you. I'm not your average hack lifter, I don't have to pay for most supps, I have trained and still train with top Canadian pros, guys with pro cards and going for pro cards and have competed myself, train under one of the top 212 competitors in the world as well as prepped numerous competitors towards getting on stage themselves. I get handed most supps for free from my sponsored training partners or because the reps know me, I have been offered sponsorship but refuse it so I can use what I want and I get what I want mostly for free anyway so it's no major benefit for me...but i spend out of pocket for prejym and nitronox because they're good. When something is good in the supplement market I will say so, and when I can save guys hard earned money I will say so. Try either one of the 2 I mentioned and come back and give me your honest feedback and tell me I'm wrong that they're not better than nitraflex, if you don't think they are, I'll pay you back the cost of the product for the bad advice. I haven't had one person ever hate either product, aside from the taste of the nitronox which granted is heinously bad. If it's about aas and supps, I don't talk out of my ass, it's all been applied and tested beyond myself but also on myself. Check my reps on here, almost all health related.

Thanks Mikeymike for the explanation and suggestions. If there is a better option available, I'm always interested in learning more about it and trying it.

As Mikeymike said, I want to emphasize looking out for the "proprietary blends". There are some good proprietary blends but the solid products wont have anything to hide and will list all ingredients for you.

[Image: lol.gif] That's my style, too. I would suggest Greek Yoghurt over the Ice Cream for more gainzzzz though.

Pre Jym is a good one that I've been using lately & you can get it at BB.com

It has 6g of Citrulline
2g of Creatine, and 2g of Beta Alanine per serving along with 300mg caffeine.

Thread has been inactive for a while I know, but do you guys who use preworkout formulas use them before every workout, or just sometimes? I currently work out five days in a row then rest one day. I try to skip the preworkout formula at least one of those five days to prove that I can get by without it and that I'm not becoming a caffeine addict.

If you are in the UK this is good:

Zero is a low-carb version if I remember correctly.

This gives your body a very obvious energy boost, which is wrapped up with an odd tingling/itching sensation in the skin. If you really focus on your moves, it's easy to squeeze an extra 10, maybe 20% out of your regime.

The tingling sensation is from the Beta Alanine. I think it's a common ingredient in pre-workout powders.

The best for me has been Pre-Jym, good pump and focus.

Re/In Kaged is good too with a bit smoother stim hit but just too much fluids to ingest.

Hyde makes me so wired I just run around the gym. Jekyll & Hyde stack forget it.

I heard good things about Nutra-Bio Pre Extreme but never tried it.

Anyone notice any strange sexual side effects? When I'm taking pre workout regularly I can not fucking last to save my life! I'm talking like 1-2 min tops. Within a week of cycling off I'm back to going 10-15 min no problem. Haven't bothered to try and blend my own to find the culprit so back to doing a shot of espresso prior to.

You can make your own that is as good as what you find in stores, for way cheaper too. .. . . But I don't got time for that, C4 all the way for me. 1.5 scoops, trying to week myself back to 1 scoop. Shit works, but overpriced like a motherfucker

Been using Old Jack. Supposedly it's the old jack3d formula including the DMAA. Shit in intense. I feel like i'm coked out and I am very strong on it.

Only downside is that the DMAA is such a great fat burner that i'm losing weight. I'm down like 2kg after 2 weeks of training on it. Time to up calories.

I will be checking my PMs weekly, so you can catch me there. I will not be posting.

Long consigned to the list banned products in the UK, but I found Vanadyl Sulfate to be something of a wonder product. C'est la vie...

I used to use these yerba matte shots for preworkout when I was in the US, but now that I'm overseas I can't get them anymore. Just half a shot usually, because they have a lot of caffeine:

'tine powder. I only recently started taking Creatine.

Damn, I took some yesterday about an hour before upper body workout. It's awesome. I could lift all day long with it.

Sore today, feels good. Why do I need anything but 'tine?

I never deny variety when it comes to physiology, but creatine will scientifically increase your performance regardless of your genetics. It's a natural compound that you can also get from eating red meat.

Your anaerobic energy (weightlifting) comes from ATP in your skeletal muscles. Creatine, again occurring naturally in your skeletal muscles, converst used up ADP back to ATP for more anaerobic energy.
