No idea that thing even existed. How big difference are we talking about? Something noticeable? Are you shorter in the morning or in the evening? Maybe its some very rare medical condition and you should consult a doctor?

No actually its common for everyone, just like your feet is biggest during the afternoon so thats the best time to go buy shoes.

The difference is really really insignificant though, about half to one centimeter, so a quarter inch.

You can however always improve your posture. Talking about exercises, any type of hanging exercises help relax your body and straighten your spine.

Just grab a bar and hang from it, try letting your whole body relax while still gripping the bar for 1 min. Easier said than done. Top it off with some hanging leg raises. Cant hurt to have six packs [Image: wink.gif]

Is it possible to reduce the day height loss?

I'm 176 cm (5'9 1/2) out of bed and 174 cm (5'8 1/2) mid-day. the average height in North Italy for my generation is about 5'10. closing the gap a bit more would be nice.

Michael Jordan used to hang from a chinup bar every day. He's the only man in his household over six feet. Give it a shot.

Put 2cm lifts in your shoes in the evening.

The shortening from morning to night is due entirely to compression of the spine under the force of gravity, so you can try lying in bed all day. [Image: angel.gif]

What a strange post.

I have no idea.

If you really simply want to be taller, shoes with "lifts" can help with that--one good source is http://www.elevatorshoes.com.
