LA vs Miami vs Vegas

Hey guys, which city is the best place to swoop beautiful non-Hispanic Whites? From what I've read so far: Vegas doesn't have lots of job opportunities besides the casino/hotel scene. Miami seems to be a South American city, just way more difficult to get laid. LA is spread out and bars stop selling alc at 2.
What's the best city to settle down?

Miami is ruled out instantly if you don't want hispanic girls.

Bro there isn't a perfect city unless you can afford to lease a condo in Manhattan.

Newton's Third Law states, "For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction."

This applies to cities as well.

The BEST U.S. cities for easily getting laid are New Orleans and Vegas, and they both come with some pretty big downsides for long-term living.

Thanks for your replies!
Alright Miami is ruled out.
Vegas is cheaper and easier to get laid in. LA provides more career opportunities, better weather etc. It's a great mix.
Living in Vegas and weekend getaways to LA or living in LA and weekend getaways to Vegas?

LA is better for the number of options. I lived there, and I did travel to Las Vegas a couple of times, it's not that close though (it's about 6-7 hours drive if I remember correctly)

Specially if you want more than just hispanic. LA has tons of Mexican girls though, cause it's California, but it has tons of girls from all around the world. I banged a Sweddish model I met in LA, I've dated a Polish-American chick... so there's tons of options.

I would say that even for work is probably better.

No city is perfect and LA is not a perfect city. Everything is distant, driving there can be a pain in the ass... girls personalities are shallow as they come.

Yeah I'm leaning towards LA. I'd probably get bored in Vegas after a while.

All 3 cities are like going to another country IMO, they are all very diverse and you can walk down the street in any of them and hear at least 3 different languages simultaneously

Miami is mostly hispanic, but there's always some european tourists there and such

LA is full of hispanics too, but there are a lot of hot asians there too to balance it out. It's a great city, and there are lots of places around LA that are fun to go to like Santa Monica or Venice Beach that are GREAT for day game. You definitely need a car unless you want to be paying out the ass for taxis and Ubers. But of the 3 cities, LA is probably my fave with Miami close 2nd.

On the beach side, there's no shortage of girls from all over Europe and no shortage of white girls from the United States. Go over the bridge, and it's almost all Latin with some Eastern European mixed in.

Thanks guys!
Miami only has about 12% non-Hispanic white people according to Wikipedia. Just about 6/100 people will be white girls.
Vegas seems to be a cheaper option with way less things to do.
LA fits me best I guess.

On the beach side, a lot more than 6/100 people will be white girls. Miami Beach is a tourist city and tons of white girls go there on vacation. If one were so inclined, it would be very possible to only bang white girls there. I've never heard of anyone doing that, though.

West LA to big specific would have the type of girls i think you are looking for. Its predominantly white/non hispanic. Expensive as shit though and there is a very large industry scene which is hard to exploit if you are outside of it looking in.

Yeah West LA is quite expensive. Deciding between Hollywood and Koreatown.
Koreatown is affordable and right between Downtown and Hollywood.

Don't live in Koreatown. Traffic is terrible there and there are no good date spots and its pretty run down and no white chicks will go back to your spot. Stay in East Hollywood if you can up Vermont if money is an issue, at least you'll be pretty central. Other option is to live mid-city area or miracle mile area, which can a bit ghetto but there are pockets of pretty decent spots and there are tons of the white girls you're looking for. Westside white girls are good looking but you have to fit their perfect mold and be in a social circle for the most part.

I lived in Koreatown for 1 year. It's not a great part of the city. There's tons of restaurants and it's close to downtown, but it's incredibly boring.

Hollywood is a little bit better, there's tons of clubs/bars and crazy nightlife. It's great for night game for sure. It's a crazy area though full of tourists (I've spent 3 years of my life in the Hollywood area. Tons os homeless, and people trying to sell you Hollywood Tours)

I loved living in Santa Monica there is tons of hot chicks walking there every day. There is also a lot of Pickup Artists doing day game in Santa Monica, I bet you that they are probably there every single day. There is tons of talent though, many hot chicks, I was very impressed with the quality. It's also great for dates (I've been to countless dates on the beach with hot girls).

Rent in Hollywood is from 1100-1500. Just try to look for a place with a parking spot, parking in Hollywood is incredibly hard. One of my friends moved out of there because of the parking situation.

I'm thinking about moving to the U.S. (Currently living in Switzerland) and buying a house/apartment. My plan is to rent out the property to travel the world for 1-2 years. Budget around ($600k).
Which American city would you buy property in and why? It doesn't need to be LA, Vegas or Miami. I just thought they were profitable.

@King - I'd recommend you actually buy a small apartment instead of a house since you can get more cash flow and find a good property manager to take care of all the paperwork hassle vs a single family home where most professional property managers won't mess with them since they're too small.

"Hey guys,

I'm new here and looking for a travel buddy to travel through Europe/Philippines/Brazil for quite a few months starting by the end of 2015 (enough time to schedule everything). I know most of you have full time jobs so it might be kinda tough to find one. I appreciate every reply! To my person, I consider myself good looking. I'm from germany, 19, working in Switzerland in the financial sector to save up money for my travel. I'm probably one of the younger guys on here, I'm quite mature though. I don't mind your age.
I think it's just more fun to travel in groups, especially as a "rookie". I've looked up some apartments in different countries on airbnb already. Sharing an apartment would be a great option. I'm open to a lot of countries, just wanna find someone to share the travel experience with.

Feel free to message me [Image: smile.gif]"

And yeah it's true. Where's the point in asking for advice if you can't afford it anyways?
Nonsense

I was thinking about a smaller apartment in a big city to maximize the rent. New York is too expensive, that's why I was thinking of LA Vegas or Miami.

Well.

Being young doesn't necessarily means someone without money.

I have a very smart friend, a succesful entrepreneur, he is 20 and he is worth around $20 million... so I wouldn't discard anyone. He is one of the richest persons I know, probably the youngest millionaire I've ever met. He became a millionaire by 17, he launched an online biz at that age.

I know a guy in Switzerland that is in real estate.

Only because me and you don't have $500k on the bank (at least not yet) doesn't mean everyone else doesn't.
Switzerland also is a country where most people make a good amount of money. Financial biz is crazy good... if you know what you're doing.

@TheKind007

In LA real estate is quite expensive but you sure can buy some properties in The Valley and rent it out. I personally don't like real estate as an investment. You'll have like $600k that you can't do anything else with. Unless that's money that you don't need for the long term at all.

If you want to invest in a place, check Las Vegas, Orlando... very cheap housing. I'm not expert on USA real estate.

I say that not without any experience, my dad is in real estate in Brazil. He owns a couple of properties, one of them being a couple of commercial places that are worth $500k. He makes $2k/month... and now when he needs money he can't get it so easy, selling real estate is not easy or fast.

You are the financial guru so you decide.

My millionaire friend bought his apartament for $1.5 million, he says it was the biggest mistake of his life. He nows spends 70% of his time travelling the world and when he's back home he spends most his time living with his parents. And he tells me, all the money he gets it's all focused on making more money (creating extra biz and other things).

I actually found some apartments in Hollywood for about 600k. Not comparable with the quality and view you can get for the same price in Miami Beach and Vegas.

Are you saying that you get more for your money in Miami Beach and Las Vegas than in Hollywood? What part of Miami Beach were you looking at? North Beach or South Beach? I'm not understanding this whole line of posting. $600,000 will easily get you a pretty nice multi unit building in Las Vegas. It will get you a really nice two or three bedroom apartment, quite possibly right on the beach, in South Beach. That comes with it some pretty heavy property taxes and some condo fees.

Yeah way more. In LA I'd get some small 1 bedroom apartment for 500-600k in Hollywood. A bigger apartment in Miami South Beach (beach view), an apartment at Trump International Hotel or an apartment close to MGM with a fantastic view.
