My goals/objectives for 2016
I'll be using this thread to keep track of my goals and add weekly updates, along with a monthly review of all my original goals. You are welcome to post if you'd like to. I also hope that doing a thread like this with constant updates will keep me more motivated to actually do it.
The objectives aren't purely game/lifestyle, there are some education and lifting based things in there too.
So, in no particular order:

The objectives aren't purely game/lifestyle, there are some education and lifting based things in there too.
So, in no particular order:
- Smash a virgin- This is here for obvious reasons, it's something I'd like to try. I already have a chick lined up for this, so this may be the first goal accomplished.
- Track expenses/income- Review my bank account set up and split in to savings/current account. For tracking expenses and income, use a good old-fashioned hardback log book.
- Read 1 book per month- I used to be a big reader, but that's dropped off with more work/studying. The books can be fiction/non-fiction and should be 400-700 pages long.
- Do 17 hours of studying per week- I want to absolutely smash my exams, so I will do 17 hours of additional studying a week, obviously increasing closer to exams.
- Carry on improving my French- I already speak decent French, however I'd like to keep improving to a very good standard.
- Travel to France solo- This ties in to the above point. This trip would be mainly for language purposes so I won't actively be chasing pussy, but if it comes my way I won't hold back. This will probably be in July or August.
- Starting in Mid-June, start Arabic- I did a tiny bit of Arabic last year but it got brushed under the carpet quickly as I was busy with other things (poor excuse I know). So after exams I will restart the book/CD program that I used before (Egyptian Arabic dialect.
- Keep at <13BF% and lean bulk- I don't mind slow progress, so I'm just switching between a 4 day P/P/L (doing 2 of 1 split per week in rotation) and a 4 day bro split. I don't have any quantitative goals for lifting, but I know how I want to look. Simply put, I want to add size everywhere whilst keeping abs, and specifically add more mass to delts, back and lower chest.
- Do corrective exercises for shoulder blade- My shoulder blades (mainly the right one) slightly ache sometimes and protrude a little more than I'd like them to, so I'll do some corrective exercises. I will also do exercises for any other body parts that are in any way wrong.
- Invest in to some index funds- Just dipping my toe in the water here, but it' a good opportunity to learn more about the financial markets and to make a small bit of extra cash.
- Socialising- As well as keeping up with friends, just speak to everyone. Men, women, children, I will just try and interact more with other people.
- No Fap- this will be quite hard (lol), but that acts as motivation to get more pussy. My aim is to not fap at all, unless I am getting consistent wet dreams in which case I'll limit myself to a wank every 2 months.
