Most of this years are from online, mainly Tinder, with a few SNL's from bar/club/house party.
I could have gotten more but I got burnt out for a few months from midway in the year and just stuck with my plates until summer came around and I got back in the mood.

Haven't had those checked, though I'm a pretty frequent reader of the T-Thread and it did indeed cross my mind my levels may be low. One of my plans for 2016 is making an appointment with my doctor regarding having my blood tested. My general health is good, no troubles whatsoever.

I'm lifting 3-4 times a week and my diet is 'ok'. Not counting macro's but I do try to keep my diet clean and healthy besides the occasional cheating. I started lifting 6 months ago after being out for a few years. Sadly had to quit pretty soon after due to medical issues (knee surgery). However I was able (and allowed) to start again 2 months ago. In those six months I've lost over 20 lb's and reduced my fat % from 25% -> 16%. Also made some pretty good progress in building muscle which is making me doubt if this is a T problem.

Not taking any supplements as of now, but reading into them a bit to find out which to buy.
