I understand the points made by others in response to my original post. Fact is, for the amount of effort that it takes for me to a bang 7+ in NYC I can get a hotter girl in Asia or Europe with half as much effort. 6's are easy anywhere but I'm not interested in 6's so that doesn't affect my opinion on the girls here. Lately I've been using SeekingArrangement here and it's easy, but by no means is it easy to consistently meet up with/bang 8's from that site.

Fact is, legitimate 8's and 9's are very rare in NYC. They can be obtained but you pretty much need social connections to get them. These same girls can be found in abundance in EE countries. I'll see "my type" of girl maybe once or twice a day in downtown Manhattan.. they're rare here. In Estonia or Ukraine I'll see her 20 times a day.

When I'm in the US I don't spend significant time in cities other than NYC so I don't know if I'd do better there or not. If I'm not in NYC I'm probably overseas.

Absolutely, was thinking of this myself earlier this year...most of the guys I know got into the game in their mid-20's - the teens/young 20's on here have no idea how good they've got it wrt the girls in their peer group compared to what will be left when the first best crop of them winds up married and off the market in a few years. Last trip to NYC I was out with some friends and a bar then headed to an after-hours place. A friend of a friend ended up tagging along and took some of my buddy's Molly. Next thing I know she's all over me without me having even said a word to her.

Man, if you have an apartment in Manhattan you got it made (downtown Brooklyn and Astoria are good in their own right also).

I think picking up hot girls in NYC is relatively easy, I actually think the 5-7's have higher standards here than in other places.

In NYC culture, men are pretty aggressive and you're considered a bitch if you're scared to go up to a girl you like (I think it is like this in most places in America, but in NYC it is embraced a lot). This leads to men playing numbers games, and naturally they're going to target decent looking girls over hot girls (less intimidating).

The stereotype that 9s might be easier to get because not that many people approach them might have some merit in NYC, at least in certain circles. I usually approach the hottest girl or 2nd hottest girl in an area, and it's almost always positive results even if I don't get laid, it's still a pleasant experience. I've been shitted on a lot when I approach girls who are pretty "meh".

I also find that approaching girls with resting bitch faces tends to lead to good results as well.

As for NYC vs Bangkok and London - I think it is slightly easier to pick up in London than NYC (for an American at least), and a lot easier to pick up in Bangkok than NYC (can't really get any easier than Thailand), but NYC has better quality and variety than those cities.

NYC is a hook-up culture not a relationship culture. Sex and the City helped create a generation of women that believe that not only is being a slut ok, but it is something women should strive for. I think that NYC and American dating in general just goes to show you that that it's ALWAYS pay to play.

Typically an American player has to pay money to live in the happening area of his city, or move to a hot spot full of access to the women he wants to fuck. Yes, in the US, NYC is hands down the best place for a guy to be. No question abt it. Lots of variety, if you strike out with one type, you can always move on to another. White American chics give me almost no play in this town, and that sucks considering that they're the largest group with young, slim, attractive women in it. So I'm with Travolta in that I've had much better success abroad than here. From my time here (all spent living and playing in Manhattan), these are my observations:

1) White/Hispanic-white/Half-white dudes 5'10"+ with decent game can kill it, with a modicum of effort. 8+s will take more, but for pure notch collecting, this demographic of guys has it the easiest here. The white chics here are very sexually liberated, have no hang ups abt ONSes BUT they generally stick to their own - however, see my next point.
2) Minority guys tend to struggle (from what I've seen, unless they stick to their own), BUT if you're exceptional in the looks department OR have some kind of niche goin (eg, social circle/work as a promoter/etc.) you can do well. Otherwise, you're much better off in Latin America, or perhaps even the EE where your exoticism will work in your favor. I've known and seen exactly 0 Asian/Indian "players" here in 5 years of hard partying.

That said:

1) Given the diversity, no matter where you're from, in NYC you cannot rely on your exoticism alone. Everyone's seen ppl from everywhere here
2) If you're in Manhattan, unless you're a millionaire and look the part, don't bother playing the status card. The city is filled with ppl making very good money (middle class is around $150k/yr here), with solid jobs (attorneys, financiers, doctors etc). Both men and women are career driven and take very good care of themselves, compared to elsewhere in the country. So competition is stiff - plenty of dudes with their shit together that are aggressive.
3) Social circle matters, but that's true anywhere

Much better talent to be found via day/night game than on Tinder.

I've found NYC and Chicago to be, far and away, the two best American cities for game, which shouldn't be surprising since they're the two American cities with the most foot traffic.

Philadelphia is good, too, but the women here are colder. Las Vegas is good for night but mediocre for day; the real problem with Vegas, though, is the large quantity of prostitution whores, some of which wait a while to tell you they're hookers.

I have yet to check out Miami, New Orleans, and Atlanta. Atlanta is a logistical nightmare but I keep hearing guys rave about it, especially those into big booty shorties.

Thanks - I try to keep my info as real as I can to help the most number of guys on this forum considering NYC

As for the Euros, they're all over the place and honestly I haven't found any one specific spot where they congregate for night life or day game. During the summer, rooftop bars have a lot of tourists so I've had some luck there. Also, I've tapped networking events and some CS events to befriend au pairs and such. That's been a mixed bag for me so far. Finally, when I'm out and about and see an opening with an exotic looking woman, I approach - it's been 100% a numbers game for me here from the start.

After 5 yrs in this town, though, as much as I like NYC, I'm looking to move to another place where I have to put in less work to get as much (or more) quality. Perhaps somewhere in Europe? I don't know at this point...
