The Evolution of an LTR

The Evolution of an LTR

You met Suzie on Tinder. She's pretty hot, and by most accounts a solid 8. Your friends are impressed that you managed to get another nice looking gal.

You start banging regularly. You're happy with this arrangement. Sometimes you take her out to dinner, but it becomes easier to just tell her to "come over and cook." Whereas once you made attempts to go on dates, now she just comes over without a pretext.

As this continues, she starts to do subtle shit like leave a toothbrush at your house, her earrings on your dresser, and an extra towel in your bathroom. She gets pissed when she comes over and these things are moved, hidden from other gals in your harem. Your beautiful house is now sort of a mess. "Why the fuck is their so much hair in my drain? And what's with all the hand cream?"

Sex is still thrown at you with little effort, as she's trying to keep you interested. Being an experienced player, you are constantly sending hot and cold signals, which is now just naturally part of your aloof personality. "Nah, not tonight. I'm busy this week. Maybe tomorrow."

The other women in your harem get dialed back a bit because you're getting sex on the regular, and it's becoming a lot of effort to maintain. Part of you wonders if it would be less work to have a real girlfriend. She starts getting involved in your circle of friends more regularly. All you hear is "Suzie is a nice girl. You can't be a playboy forever, Hank. Maybe you should consider taking this one seriously." You don't like this.

As it goes on, she starts asking you about your long term goals for kids and marriage, most of which you respond to ambiguously. At this point, you're a bit bored, you want your space, and you miss chasing poon with no strings attached. You find that her constant need for attention gets in the way of your work, and other things you have going on.

This natural aloofness sends her hamster wheel into overdrive, causing her to create silly drama for attention, followed by throwing more sex at you:

"Hank, you put the tuna where it doesn't belong."
"It belongs where I say it belongs. It's my house."
"This isn't about the tuna, this is about you constantly disrespecting me!"
"No, it's about the tuna, and I'm about to kill the guy with the two chainguns. I'm not having this conversation."
"You care more about video games than me! And our relationship! That is so disrespectful! Joe Beta is constantly telling me what an asshole you are, and he's right. I'm leaving."
"Ok. Please just don't walk in front of the TV."
[ten minutes later]
"I'm sorry I acted like that, Hank. It's just, I don't know. I want to feel closer to you. I bet a blowjob would make up for it!"

Drama now becoming more constant, you slowly dial back the relationship, because you're "really busy" with "work stuff." She tells you her friend Joe Beta saw you on OkCupid, to which you respond that you just accidentally logged in or something. You also ask her why he's browsing men's profiles, with a laugh. She can't answer that.

Of course, Joe Beta has been waiting to bang your girl for years. Constantly acting as an emotional tampon, texting with her for hours, and telling her how you're a jerk and not right for her without so much of a whiff of poon. She decides to break up with you and give him a try, secretly hoping this will win you back. "I'm sorry to hear that. Best of luck, you two crazy kids!" you tell her, while in you're mind you're thinking "YESS!!!!!" and doing the dance of joy.

Six to eight months later she gives you a call and says she wants to come over. She's still dating Joe Beta, but "doesn't know if that spark is there." Against your better judgment, you bang. She starts crying when she finds a pair of earrings on your dresser that aren't hers. "You would be such a good boyfriend if you didn't have commitment issues" she sobs.

"If...", you respond.

Hank I'd +1 rep you again if I could. Great story on how a man should handle anything from seeing a woman to an LTR.

Never relent your frame and don't get baited into any BS she puts out.

A woman like that isn't worthy of a relationship to begin with. A woman who complements your life and makes it easier, is.

Keep on writing man !

Fantastic writing, brother.
It's when you are living this down to a tee, you really understand the harsh nature of the Red Pill.

And no kids, it's not as glamorous as it seems.

Grant me serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
The courage to change the things I can,
And the wisdom to know the difference

Solid Gold HankMoody. You've condensed the American dating/ relationship scene in just few paragraphs.

Short. Simple. On point

Haha pretty much exactly where I'm at right now except for the orbiter part. Instead it's her girl friends who are always saying, "he's a player", "he doesn't appreciate you", "he's so lucky to have you", oh and "he's so indifferent when you guys are together". Blah fucking blah

I rarely have this problem because 90% of the girls I'm hooking up with are perfectly content just hooking up nsa. I've only had a wannabe LTR issue arise a couple times over he past 2 and a half years I've been single. Most girls from my experience are just as if not more relationship/commitment averse than I am. Not sure what that says about myself or my game, but I've banged a lot of different kinds of gals over he past couple years and most of them wanted nothing to do with being my "girlfriend"

What I've found is that if you go through enough girls, you will have a lot of girls who want nothing to do with you after the bang, and a lot of girls who fall hard and want/try to get you in a relationship. I'm thinking the ratio should be about 50/50. If every girl sees you as a pump and dump, you are probably doing something seriously wrong, either in the sex itself or your personality. If every girl tries to LTR you, you are either giving off a serious provider vibe or are flat out lying (that will catch up to you sooner or later, probably sooner).

Almost to the word, the first part of this happened to me with a super hot, rich girl when I was 28. Because I did not understand the nature of women at the time, I fell into her trap right when she started leaving stuff at my place. I married her when I was 30 and stayed with her for 12 years :/ The first 8 years were more good than bad. The last 4 years were more bad than good. A year and a half ago, I broke it off.

I've slept with 24 women since then, gotten 8 flags and have hot harem women in 4 countries. The best part is, I have really just begun to learn game[Image: smile.gif] Thank you Hank and everyone else here who has helped me along the way!!!

Nice story. I would change the "met Suzie who is an 8 on Tinder" part though.

Yeah I'm not sure if it's me or them. I don't like to blame my issues on others so I suppose I'd say its me. I would say in the past 2 years or so I've had like a 80/20 split between girls who are just down to bang for a bit and don't want to go anywhere and girls who want to stick around long term. I used to be straight LTR material. I was a serial monogamist from my teen years until my mid 20's.

Either I suck at keeping girls interested now and/or I just give off a player vibe. I really think it's the former. It's weird how much dating has changed just in the past 5 years...

Or you fuck them really well and they don't want the dickin' to stop

....so they try to latch on for the longest they can via LTRing.

Maybe. That thing about some women or most women or whatever never having had an orgasm from sex has my head spinning. I don't see how sex can happen without them getting off without some kind of medical condition.

^easy. A lot of the pleasure females get from sex is psychological as opposed to physical, plus the female orgasm is biologically 100% useless and unnecessary to the reproductive process so the fact that it doesn't happen most of the time for most women makes perfect sense. The one and only reason I can see the female orgasm being at all useful for reproduction is maybe to assist in pair bonding for the benefit of family cohesion.

Not entirely true. It triggers contractions that pull the ejaculate up towards whichever ovary is about to, or has just, released an egg. It improves the odds of pregnancy but is not nearly necessary.

That said you should ALWAYS strive to give them an orgasm (or at least most times). There's a lot you can do with that state once you know how to put them in it.

Sorry but "female orgasm is useless" statement is simply not true - female orgasm does have an affect in a lot of things in female health and thus it does have a direct affect on reproduction.

1. Here is the abstract to one study which focuses on mate selection aspect: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/25376...t=Abstract

2. Here is another resource which focuses on multiple areas, namely: stress, cancer, obesity, bacteria, behaviour, memory: http://www.13.waisays.com/clitoral.htm

The first resource is scientific and the latter is something of a hybrid between scientific and feminist lash out. You can find the gem "men are dogs, and nobody can deny" in the 2nd article lol
In summary ignore the shitty opinion-bits squeezed in on the second article but the rest of it in my opinion is a good read as it is basically a compilation of valid scientific knowledge from almost 40 sources, mostly from National Library of Medicine.

You will be pleased to know 2nd article does provide sensible bits of knowledge (which is known to game-aware males) such as "Marriage is Unnatural". Here is a longer quote:
Quote:Quote:

Men like to have sex with every attractive female they meet. Women only need one man, but he better be the most powerful, rich, handsome, intelligent and/or strongest of all ; if not, every setback in life is to blame on him not being powerful enough. We can't really live with (one on one), nor without each other.
