I don't know exactly where this video took place - and I didn't read the whole story, but if this is a private school and it happened on campus, the school is well within their right to kick them off campus and shut the chapter down.

Back in my college days, there was another fraternity across from my dorm where some kiddos were merely running around naked in the halls, and some girl called campus security just because she was "creeped out". The campus gestapo came and shut em down. This took place at private university, with a dry campus... no alcohol on premises. Male to female ratio was 70/30, with hardly any 7s or above.
