OK... so I read the forum, read (attempt to read) Roosh's books, Go to the seminar, look at other RP things, etc.. and I don't do it often AT ALL... because, frankly, I don't have the time to read it all, learn it, and put it into practice... yet, there is SO MUCH info on here.. I could be on here 24/7 (just the forum) and read and that's it! So, how do you all do it? I just don't seem to have the time between work, hobbies, sailing, driving my tank, etc... I mean for example.. I will post this.. I might come back to it tonight.. or it could be DAYS before I even get back to make a comment..as I just have too much to do to come back and see what is read.. does this make sense? Some of you (Aside from Roosh) I see are here quite often... and from the looks of it, you are able to make it work, have game, etc.. I even met some of you in NY.. so, how do you do it?

I live by myself and I make my own schedule, so going on here and reading/interacting is something I enjoy doing. Its very good to just isolate yourself from society (within reason) and take some "me" time to read up on events, how to improve, travel tips, and culture in general. It sharpens the mind and the time spent is worth it.

I guarantee you there's plenty of time you spend bullshitting or doing things of insignificance - most of us, while we may despise social media for helping poison our society, have a Facebook for example.

Most guys I know (myself included) scroll through their Facebook newsfeed a few times a day out of habit. Cut out the small things that don't benefit you and replace them with habits that do help you in terms of self improvement - if that includes reading and participating in this forum, then make time for it every day, or a few times a week.

I know a lot of guys who have their shit together and who find time to meditate 40 minutes per day. 20 minutes in the morning, and 20 at night. I thought it would be impossible to make the time for meditation but after cutting out a lot of my bad habits (like checking Facebook and scrolling through Snapchat stories) I've realized I have plenty of time (regardless of how busy my schedule may seem) every day to focus on myself.

+1 to that. I don't watch TV, I'm not on Face Book, and I don't read mainstream news. This forum and related sites are my sources of social/general news. The industry news that I need for my work is not polluted with stories about the latest shemales and what celebrities ate for lunch.
Your life will be more satisfying if you dedicate your time to self-improvement instead of unproductive activities. If you're stressed and want to take a break, you're better off doing sport or spending some time alone in nature.

Reading what you wrote again, it sounds like you have a lot of hobbies that take a lot of your time. You might need to put something on hold while you concentrate on game. Chasing women does take a lot of time, and for that reason many of us here focus on medium- and longer-term arrangements with women. The same mindset works for longer timeframes.

I assure you I am no troll (Roosh can actually vouch for me) ... Also, my notch count is not 5 or 6 (Although lately it honestly feels like it has been...) It is in the lower 20's with a somewhat decent international notch count to include an ex wife from Ukraine... 2 from Moscow, 1 Hungarian, 1 Moldovan, 1 Chinese, 1 Thai.. (All in the US except the Ukrainian Ex Wife) Also 2 kids from two different women... one being the first ex wife, and the 2nd kid with a Girl Friend after the 1st divorce...

To explain what has been going on with me is not that easy.. First, I am rather discreet about what information about myself I post here. My Beta job puts me in contact with people where if my identity were to get out, my livelihood would surely be in jeopardy.. I have 9 years till retirement, and I want my Government Cheese.

Here are some things about me.. I have moved around quite a bit..on average about every 1.5-2 years since I was 18. In some cases that includes just moving houses in the area I am from, as well as moving out of state, then back to the location where I am from... For a long while, I was able to do well on, believe it or not... Yahoo Chat!.. crazy, I know.. but it worked for me, and I had women come to me where I lived...I actually had good game there, and it worked pretty well, and I did not need to really go out and date... Well.. Yahoo Chat ended.. and at the same time I moved to Europe for approximately a year.. I was sent home by management because a whistle blower type thing on illegal activities they were doing (now the Manager has been fired because of other misgivings on his part) and was absolutely depressed about the move back across the pond. I lost weight, got my life back on track somewhat, and moved forward... I hit "Middle age" gained the weight back. My Career however is still going good.. notch wise.. I average one new one every 3-4 months (or more) lately. I am about to go over seas again for some time, and have been preparing for that..

I found RVF because I wanted to bang a couch surfer I was hosting.. regardless, I did not get the French Flag that I had desired... I have never felt I had any game, and frankly have relied on my profession as my "Game maker" Those who know me, will know one of the biggest reasons why my game has gone down.. then add the age thing, and the weight thing.. and well... self esteem is a bit low.. It is really odd to be honest.. Anyway.. the answers her so far are pretty good, and I appreciate it. I enjoy the different perspective.

I don't do TV, but do way too much Facebook.. it seems that everyone I know does it.. and honestly.. how do you get around not doing it.. for me it is a way to keep up with family, and friends I have all over the world.. (To include some of my foreign bangs)

That is one of the unavoidable downsides. I'm only in close contact with about a dozen close friends and family myself. It would be more difficult if I wanted to keep in contact with a wider circle.

If you want to stay in touch with a lot of friends and acquaintances, I guess one way would be to restrict your Face Book usage to one block of time every couple of weeks. During that time you could quickly browse through the new photos and reply to any notable posts.

When it comes to women, I think it's better to communicate with past bangs by email for a few reasons:
- they'll need to think about what they're writing rather than just reply in short bursts. That makes them feel more emotionally invested
- you can better control and target the information you provide to each girl

You don't have to read every single inch of the forum to learn how to game. In fact, doing so might actually hurt you.

If you read every article on bodybuilding.com, not only would it take you years to get through, but it would take away from the time you could be spending lifting. On top of that, some of the articles are bound to contradict themselves leaving you even more confused.

Likewise, everyone here has a pretty unique style of game. You can't follow everyone's style of game completely because 1) Some game styles contradict each other and 2) By the time you read it all you'll have passed on so many opportunities.

I found myself doing this. I was at university, a prime location for getting hot young girls, and I spent my time that I wasn't in class, boozing with my buddies, or doing homework reading the forum. Now I'm on an internship in a buttfuck nowhere community and I wish I was capitalizing on my prime pussy location.

In short, read something in the forum and test it out in the field. Don't force opportunities when they aren't there, but don't be a pussy either. I guarantee there are thousands of girls in your area who aren't getting fucked right now

I'm not being critical here and am genuinely curious when I ask, is there any reason to use Facebook? I apparently created an account back in 2008 or something and have never once signed on. It just seems like I would be setting myself up for way too many headaches by using it.
