Hmmm...

This is a tough topic that warrants an actual conversation because there's a LOT of variables involved. You should PM me.

Rural bank that has few customers and/or ones whose most complicated problems stem from not paying loans on time on their suspended pickup truck.

Cashier at Micky D's or the Burger Führer.

In seriousness though, it depends a lot on what country/city you are in, what sorts of connections you have, and how many hours you are willing to put in (thus negating the "easy" part of your question).

Get a job at Wells Fargo and ask to permantly be assigned as the employee standing at the front greeting people and directing them to open tellers or the people at the desks. Easy.

Bank teller - easy, no money.
stock broker trainee - money, not easy.
life insurance sales - money, not easy.

If you're a hustler and have good social skills you could do financial advising/life insurance sales. It's extremely difficult to start out but if you can get over the initial hump it's pretty smooth sailing and good money. After a few good years you're making six figures and "working" 20-30 hours a week, and by working I mean basically just talking to people. By that point most of your new business should come from referrals as well. I've known a couple guys who went this route. They've got plenty of money and ample time to enjoy it, and not much work stress to deal with. But again, it's seriously fucking difficult to start out. I wouldn't consider it unless you know for a fact you're hungry enough to gut out those lean early years, when you will be busting your ass and facing constant rejection.

Not sure why you'd do that degree if you want an easy job. The whole point of a finance/banking degree is the gateway into the highly competitive and cutthroat environment that the finance and banking world offer where you can make a ton of money.

Some fields in accounting are very easy, bank telling is very easy, tons of other jobs are easy but banking/finance shouldn't be.

Any job paying any kind of decent money seems to be generally hyper-competitive and saturated at the moment. Like was said, accounting and bank-telling are easy to get into, but what the point if no money?

The easiest high paying gig in the world must be a Desk Jockey in the Armed Forces. Because you don't have to deal with hierarchical bullshit nor drama (and government will never dick you around on pay or pension and job security will be insane). Sure this guy is an officer but a lot of the people he works with are Sergeants doing similar stuff.

This guy probably gets $80,000 + free housing + dormitory style food just for making a few PowerPoints per day. And gets to fuck around at the Gym during work hours.
Sounds like he's winning in life to me.

I think the runner up for "lazy people" are probably Oil Field jobs that aren't physically exhausting. Stuff like the Homer Simpson style jobs like Process Technicians in control rooms or people whose job is to watch diagnostic machines.
