Hey guys a quick opinion,
Try this workout out and let me know if you find it tough? Also to the experienced guys on here, would this be enough cardio 3-5x a week to stay lean year round?
I usually lift 3x a week and run 3x a week, but im changing up my routine and switching to trx training and HIT workouts for 2 months.
