I don't get why the bros attacked the Mexicans and Syrians and not welcome them in. It had its moments, but wasn't super funny. I liked the PC principal, he was really over the top.

I thought it fell apart in the last part.

That being said, it's hilarious and South Park is glorious

The original YouTube link has been removed, but you can still see this on the South Park/Comedy Central Web site via Hulu.com.

*****

SPOILER ALERTS:

Some observations:

I'm wondering why they made the villain here a man -- Principal P.C. Since women scream the loudest about this, you figure it would be a feminist. Or is Principal P.C. a parody of someone specific, like Dan Savage?

I love the irony of having a principal beat the sh*t out of a kid because he's not "sensitive" enough. That's probably an allegory for the SJWs who cause people to lose their jobs "for the greater good."

Another deliberate irony: The fraternity dedicated to "PC" is made up entirely of white men. Very clever -- much like the staff of all those PC blogs and Web sites.

Yeah, I was kinda wondering WTF was going on at the end. I never watch SP so figured I just missed the humor or something, but it felt like they were backing up a bit.

DOBA, I interpreted it as comparing the whole PC establishment to frat bros as a big "fuck you" to PC liberals since they despise them so much. It wouldn't have been funny to use a scarf wearing, limp-wristed, Starbucks drinking douchebag as the PC Principal. They were emphasizing the notion of "we are tolerant only if we agree with you". The bro-ish PC Principal beating Cartman symbolizes that liberals are tolerant until you disagree with them; they will try to kick your ass until you admit Jenner is a hero. It's like an older cousin holding your arm back making you say "uncle", but they are holding your arm until you admit that psycho transsexuals are heroes.

That was a great start to the season. I would assume they will continue to tie this episode in with the rest of the season since last year they used the Lorde and gluten free jokes throughout.

Eskhander, who are the guys in the photo?

After some quick research:

John:
"The idea that only women can have "vaginas" is a social construct. The proof is my other twitter account whenever a movie comes out"

"After having a champagne bottle inserted into my rectum by @TheMercedesXXX, I began honestly questioning the value of women's empowerment."

"Agreed. Pregnancy has NOTHING to do with babies or a womb. Sometimes those who are biologically male can be preggers"

Bob:
"Bob is a part-time independent filmmaker, part-time amateur film critic and full time Movie Geek. He is heterosexual, a pisces, and a severely lapsed Catholic. He is a tireless enemy of censorship, considers his personal politics "Libertine" and enjoys acting as a full time irritant to overly serious people of ALL political stripes."

"I have what's called Type 2 Diabetes."

John sounds sarcastic at best but I didn't take the time to look into it. Either way, prime targets for Trey and Matt. Some people make it too easy to be mocked.

John is easy to parody. As Godfrey Elfwick shows.

When Boing Boing was calling Polish Games Developers racist for their lack of diversity a while back, this was every contributor listed on their 'About Us' page as of 30/06/15.

As you can see, it's pretty much what I expected.

I'm growing increasingly-comfortable with the idea of White Genocide.

I am pretty sure you mostly answered your own question:

For the rest of the answer: They picked college bros for the same reason they made a hollywood action movie with marionettes: maximum incongruity.

It also completely neuters the SJW ability to attack Trey and Matt for being big oppressive meanies to the poor SJW special snowflakes. Of course, cruel, mocking caricatures of SJWs can be hilarious, too, but for this episode it seems clear that Trey and Matt wanted to focus on the thought police aspect of it without getting distracted mocking specific SJW archetypes like the pink-haired feminist, the smug punchable doughboy, or the effete hipster manlet.

The mention of it being cyclical was accurate. For all of you whipper-snappers out there, this was the Gen-X response to it. I encourage you to watch the full movie.

Also, get off my lawn!

Exactly. Could not have said it better myself. "Dudebro" has been a common slur among SJWs for a long time. They cast the SJWs as their own villain stereotype and absolutely nailed it.

They weren't in the original episode: Gamergaters are adding their favourite privileged bullies in.

I'm hoping that poking fun at PC faggots will be a season-long arc thing. Since they replaced the former principal with the new PC Principal as a probably recurring character, they now have an easy way to bring out that issue whenever they want

I watched it - the creators didn't seem to like Trump at all. Kind of surprising after last week's episode bashing political correctness.

Which makes wonder - do they seriously want more Clinton's and Bush's? Or are they just trying to redeem themselves in the eyes of liberals, or what?

Nope. During the GWB vs John Kerry election, they did an epsiode about a Turd Sandwich versus a Giant Douche.

South Park is just anti-everything typically, they pride themselves on being equal opportunity offenders.
