He had to reinforce the notion of him being a victim of racism and therefore he had to flee. My guess is they're back for settlement on their lawsuits. They won't leave again. They milked that for what it was worth.

It's uncanny how so many people want to come to the most racist, sexist, misogynist, homophobic, and Islamophobic country in the entire world. They just can't quit the USA for some reason.

In this case, they are just likely trying to sue the school system. Hopefully they get countersued, can that even happen here?

Clock Boy back in the news looking for his pay day. I hope the school doesn't settle and makes them go the distance in court. A shitlord judge would make it even better.

The father of Ahmed Mohamed, the 14-year-old African-American Muslim student dubbed "Clock Boy" after photos of his arrest at MacArthur High School in Irving went viral, filed a lawsuit Monday accusing Irving ISD, the city of Irving and Mohamed's former principal of violating his son's civil rights.

The Hutchison & Stoy law firm of Fort Worth is representing Mohamed's father, Mohamed Elhassan, in the suit. Lead attorneys Susan Hutchison and Christopher Stoy announced the suit in a press conference at 10 a.m. at the Bank of America Plaza in Dallas. Mohamed and his father were in attendance.

Hutchison said in a written statement that Mohamed's treatment represented a "blatant disregard" for his civil rights.

"In the case of Ahmed Mohamed," the suit says, "we have the opportunity to take a stand for equality and for justice, two things that should prevail above all else."

Representatives for Irving ISD said in a written statement that district administrators are aware of the suit, and district attorneys will respond to the suit's claims after they review it.

"Irving ISD continues to deny violating the student's rights and will respond to claims in accordance with court rules," the statement said. "Because this matter is now in litigation, Irving ISD officials will have no further comment at this time. Irving ISD employees are focused on welcoming 35,000 students for the 2016-2017 academic year and doing everything possible to ensure each student is achieving his or her maximum potential."

Elhassan's suit alleges Mohamed's civil rights were violated last Sept. after Irving police mistook a homemade clock Mohamed had brought to school for a bomb.

Discovery is going to be a bitch. Hopefully the school board's lawyer is a shitlord.

Clock boy loses in court!

A district court judge in Texas has dismissed a defamation lawsuit filed by Ahmed Mohamed on his own behalf and on behalf of his 15-year-old son, Ahmed Mohamed. They had sued Fox News, Glenn Beck, and the mayor of Irving -- among others -- for defamation in September of 2016.

“This lawsuit filed by Clock Boy’s father is yet another example of Islamist lawfare, which is a component of the Muslim Brotherhood’s civilization jihad.”
Yerushalmi further explained that the purpose of such lawsuits, formally labelled Strategic Lawsuits Against Public Participation (“SLAPP”), is to intimidate into silence those who might comment publicly on the connection between jihad, terrorism, sharia, and Islam.

Yerushalmi added:

The Islamists employ the progressive mainstream media to label any public criticism of a sharia-centric, jihad-driven Islam as "Islamophobic," and they add fear and financial ruin to the equation by utilizing the legal system to file SLAPP actions.

That is exactly what they do - it is all Islamophobia until they are in the majority and simply force everyone to adhere to sharia, pay the poll tax or die. That is how Islam works and will continue to work.

Better put him on the no fly list after this. He'll come back so radicalized that clock will be ticking in an a rather explosive fashion, like he tried to fool us into thinking the first time.

I'll be sure to follow this thread with TIMELY precision to see, with an extent of Schadenfreude, how the liars’ story and the lie itself will unravel.

With all of the consequences of course.

It seems that Ahmed's TIME has run out.

Good.

Clock Boy losess again!

Quote:Quote:

On Thursday, the 162nd District Court of Texas ruled decisively against Mohammed Mohammed, father of Ahmed “Clock Boy” Mohammed, dismissing Mohammed’s complaint against Daily Wire editor-in-chief Ben Shapiro and awarding Shapiro his attorneys’ fees as well.

“This is an excellent day for free speech,” Shapiro said. “Using law as warfare is perhaps the most disgusting tactic of politically correct activists across the country, and we couldn’t be more excited to stand up against such frivolous use of our court system. My initial comments suggested that false charges of Islamophobia only muddy the waters when it comes to policing actual dangerous activity, and I’m proud to fight back against such charges.”

Shapiro may have cucked regarding Trump, but I'm glad he won against this clock boy scum. Obama inviting him to the white house was just the final straw. More winning please!
