I think maybe the two biggest takeaways, at this point, that I've had over a year on this forum bleed together:

1. Game is important, but means little without access to quality
2. Pre-selection is incredibly strong and is totally stupid from a rational point of view, which is why you know it is true and describes the reality it imposes on women. Recognize that access begets pre-selection but you have to have at least a modicum of game once you get access. Cycle begins.

My rule in life that I've mentioned to friends a lot recently, which can be related to any topic:

Be honest with yourself, and always remember who you are as well as where you are.

What seems to be "real" greatly changes in a different context, even with the same input (you).

With my small notch count and exposure to guys with much higher notch counts, I postulate this:

Game amplifies SMV. For most guys, SMV and game complementary goods if you will. Maybe for guys with cash/bodies/looks/status and zero game vs guys with tons of game and absolutely no SMV then game and SMV are direct substitutes, but these are hypothetical extremes at the end of a very wide spectrum.

There are too many variables at play for a meaningful, empirical way to elegant compare how game vs SMV gets you laid.

I think this is entirely due to their behavior and how they present themselves to the world. High SMV will open the door for you, game will keep you from getting kicked out.

High SMV + no game = still possible to get action
Low/no SMV + any amount of game = too many nights jerking yourself off

@WIA - not sure where you've been hangin out, but most wallflowers tend to be low SMV. The tall + good looking blokes on their phones are likely texting with Tinder dates, setting up hook ups for the night, lol.

Tangential to the debate, but worth mentioning all the same: ppl often forget the "market" in "sexual market value". Meaning, your SMV isn't just a function of attributes such as your height, style, bank balance etc but also what your competition is bringing to the table, and how the culture/society you're in values your traits.

Examples from this forum:

The dude (black-something-something) that scored 45 notches in 2 months in Bangkok - tall, white dude (objective SMV) in a third world Asian country (subjective SMV)

Another kid (el rey, was it?) - same deal. Tall, white guy (objective SMV), in a third world situation (Goa, India), surrounded by women DTF, with no competition (so high subjective SMV as well)

There are other examples as well if you just search on the forum

I have never met a dude who didn't like Thailand, not one.

In Toronto, I know dudes with super high SMV and still get no action. I also know dudes who live in basements, have no car and slay bitches like no tomorrow.

I doubt that those "high SMV" guys you speak of in Toronto would struggle in Thailand.

A woman - or her unconscious - evaluates the complete package. Depending on the exact circumstances the weight of the factors may vary.

Game is part of character so SMV incorporates game - thus no inherent contradiction.

Speaking of passive game/smv- I love the natural charisma bonus of being a white American in an Asian country (same applies when FOB Asian chicks come to the US). In my experience, they worship white dick.

SMV includes 4 elements: Looks, Money, Personality, Fitness.

Very hard to determine which one is the most important because some people can balance them well to make a perfect recipe even when lacking one of them.

It's all relative - dollars always talk. It's just you need more of them in Toronto than in Chiang Mai to make the same impact.

For a seriously rich guy the whole planet is a potential Thailand - assuming a minimum level of character, game etc.
