Hey guys,

I got a groupon deal and have been taking weekly classes at a local boxing gym for the last few months. I've enjoyed it a lot, but my groupon is up.

I'm looking to get a heavy bag for my garage, and would like some advice on what bag I should get. I plan on moving in 4 months or so, and won't be able to take the bag with me so not looking to spend too much. I plan on using it 4-5 times a week.

Also advice on gloves, wraps, and whatever else I need would be much appreciated. I mostly want to work on getting good technique and as a supplement to working out.

Thanks.

Forget the heavy bag and use the money for more boxing classes.

If you are already planning to extend your membership and want a bag for additional work at home, check out Combat Corner. Never used them, but heard they are quality and inexpensive.

I'm not an expert, but I would say to follow Rio's advice. You are going to squander the money on a bag that you will use for 4 months and then discard. Your money would be better spent continuing training at a gym until you do relocate to somewhere you plan to stay for a bit longer.
