Ansab Shan, prosecuting, told Newton Aycliffe Magistrates Court: “The defendant then became more aggressive and abusive and began shouting ‘I will f***** kill you and kill all the English bastards’.

“He made references to the war in Iraq.”

Hassan, from Hillbeck Street, Bishop Auckland, County Durham, admitted the racially aggravated public order offence.

He was made subject to an 18-month discharge and a two-year restraining order banning him from going within 100 metres of the church.

Magistrates thought the offence was more serious and asked the Crown Prosecution Service to review the charge, but this was denied because it was deemed “low-level disorder”.

Ukip MEP Mike Hookem demanded Hassan, of Bishop Auckland, be deported by the Home Office staff which refused to comment on his case.

MEP Hookem told the Daily Express: “Do we really need this sort of person in our country?

“He caused terror and distress so of course there should have been a more serious charge than public order.”

Ben Pagman, defending, said Hassan had been in the UK since 2008 but he was “effectively here illegally without permission to remain”.

He said because Hassan had no National Insurance number he could not work, or claim benefits.

He said: “The court may regard this as perhaps not at the sinister end while clearly extremely distressing for the people who witnessed it, but more representative of the frustrations and drunken ramblings of a man who finds himself in a position that I have already described, unable to work or claim benefits.”

How weak are they as a society that they can't kick out an illegal nutcase who is terrorizing innocent citizens?

The bones in both hands should be broken and gnarled beyond recognition, likewise in one foot. We leave him one healthy foot to show him the west can be compassionate if you just give us a chance.
