The thing is NY, LA (I actually consider Santa Monica a great cross between the nice people of Michigan and South Beach actually... although 10% extra income tax and not as much ass BY FAR out makes it lose out to South Beach.. at least in that ONE department)... Paris, London, Singapore, Bangkok... I've been to all these places.. I've been to Rome, Milan.. all these places are great CITIES... right...

But in pure walking around seeing amazingly hot girls often flaunting it or dressed up or just flat out hot even NOT dressed up at the grocery stores and shit, on the beach, at the gym, EVERYWHERE.. never seen any concentration like South Beach every day, day to day. To me, hottest girls in the world. Notice plural - girl(s).. I find hot GIRLS (singular) everywhere and they come from ALL OVER the world to South Beach. =)

One thing you will notice... and I think Lumiere said this actually.. is a LACK of "american girls".. as a midwestern white dude you just don't see many white americans there period. There is actually a lot of people from NY, G is right.. in fact, they call this the 6th burro I've heard more than once... but, its basically the most international city in the South by far.. in fact, its like a different country. And you listen to the radio, they talk about this - you need your passport to go to Dade County.

For me, living there for 5 years, it had positives and negatives. A pain in the ass in many cases (they say that on the radio not in a positive way)... contracts, humans, nonsense.. its all there. #1 in the country for mortgage fraud - Dade County. Shit like that. A whole LOT of nonsense. Late employees, etc. etc. HOWEVER, ass wise (not large night club wise or beautiful city wise or you name it) ... its #1... and also, for me, which I always liked is beautiful beach wish its pretty much #1 as well.. or I mean thats maybe a toss-up.. but like beautiful beach WITH abundance of hot ass-wise in the US.. #1 BY FAR.. places in Hawaii, Siesta Key (Sarasota), etc. have likely better EMPTY beaches. =)

The thing is when I am in Miami I FEEL the fucking sex in the air. Its like supercharged there. When in Paris or NY or San Fran or even LA.. its a different feeling... its like.. calmer.. relaxed.. played down.. black jeans and jackets, etc. Sure, still smoking hot amazing models, actresses, etc. But in South Beach - here is another crazy story - I literally saw one day running from Lowes hotel (5 star) like 100 chicks from Canada MAC make-up sales women from a conference.. at midnight mind you.. taking their clothes off, and getting in the ocean. I am not going to say these were 10s or something - they were like I don't know 5-7.5s maybe.. but it was highly amusing, and you don't see shit like that.

And in broad daylight I've seen people fucking on the beach.. with kids like 100 ft away.. no one seemed to care.. (that was very odd)..

I've seen all kinds of nonsense in 5 years.. and mind you, its 5 years its not necessarily every day or every week.. but these things happen here, and I know funny shit happens in every city.. but in this concentrated area, I feel it is different.

If I was in NY and I had a daily bikini contest personally for me with the hottest girls in NY competing for it.. I think it could rate better. But I didn't have that. Same in LA.

Anyway, Tokyo .. well, I actually was in Asia last year of course and had a layover in Nagoya, which isn't Tokyo.. but I think I commented in my Asia thread that just from the Nagoya AIRPORT I could tell Japan had some hot Asian girls - like more refined and prettier faces then what I saw in other parts of Asia - even Singapore or Hong Kong.

I assume Tokyo is great. I do not discriminate - I love all races. I am an equal opportunity motherfucker. However, the only downside about Tokyo potentially is if you like things other than Asian once in a while. But, I would indeed LOVE to go to Tokyo. I do not have the $20k per month currently hahaha. And also, whats up with that whole nuclear meltdown deal? Hehe.

Now, I will say this.. that Miami Beach does not have the amount of Asians as other cities.. however, I STILL find hot asians there, too. Its like a magnet - Russians (a lot of them are there), all latin countries obviously, and HOT WHITE CHICKS that come down from Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, etc.

If you guys want a recommendation on where to live - The Flamingo is also bumping in terms of chicks - its like college, the continuation. The Mirador is the same way, but Flamingo beats it. Flamingo is on the bay, though - not the ocean - although some might not care. flamingosouthbeach.com I think. Actually, a 3 bedroom at the Flamingo may be within the price range.

For $4k actually in the buildings I linked to in a previous post.. its tough for a 3 bedroom. You can get a 3 bedroom in a high rise (The Floridian is probably the only one), or in a low-rise OR up the beach a little bit where the action isn't cracking... but its tough in South Beach for that price. The Flamingo had one listed. There are more options in the 2 bedroom range.

If anyone wants to live there for less than that, hell you can rent a studio for like $700-800 and be NEAR the beach. You can get a 1 bedroom under $1k - a lot of them too pop up. Its not a pimp place, but its pimp enough.

In South Beach, when I was 25 or whatever and moved there.. I fucked girls in the first 400 square foot studio I bought on 1250 West Ave. with a mattress on the FLOOR. And some hot ones too.. not like the best of my life.

But in terms of this rocker versus pimp suit thing.. The VIP table, pimp suit thing will definitely work. There is no question about this. There are dudes who make jack shit for cash and all they do is the following: have a service where they take tourists to clubs, charge like $40 per person, get a limo and go out every night.. go to clubs.. and bang hot russians, italians, etc. - and these dudes are NOT loaded..

There are dudes like me who I had some interesting things about me at times, lived in the Gansevoort (also before it was that) - although again, you could rent there for $1300 a month (Roney Palace side).. so lived in a nice building.. I WAS more of the rocker type, although sometimes I can go professional looking if I feel it with collared shirt, dress pants and shit.. but more often then not I tool around on the beach with no shirt.. wearing tank tops.. and anyway, point is you have to get in where you fit in.. VIP table stuff / or events with social circle crowd.. or gym.. or beach/gym.. or whatever.. its all available.

In terms of can you do this with $1k a week - well yes, you can actually do well with under $1k a month (see my fucking on a mattress on the floor deal).. my story then was hey I'm athletic, work out a lot, younger dude who bought property in South Beach.. was enough.. ambitious, etc. - same shit that works anywhere, any time.

I've also been in much more expensive places and had dry spells.. because of what was inside my head and my attitude at the time.. I've had times where I've hated Miami. More than once LOL.

But in terms of hot chicks, its all there.

So a condotel is definitely an option.. but I can't think of any I mean.. the Bentley Beach on the ocean South of Fifth I think is like $2500-$3k per month but its like a hotel room.

And it leads me to Jalouse's point... yes I mean I've had cash, and I've not had cash.. South Beach chicks get hit on 24/7. And I mean that more than say NY. I mean girls in NY and even LA you go up to them.. NY or LA are like "real" cities meaning there are families walking around, kids, people in full jackets, etc. - you shoot subtle game, you can get through.

South Beach chicks are getting hit on ALL THE TIME. On the beach, everywhere. And so, therefore, they do have a "bitch shield".

That is why it is imperative to turn the tables if you can and have demand pointing in YOUR direction. You can do this if you can get them to find YOU online (done this back in the day before craigslist was flooded).. you can do this in other ways with business status, or just by being the only HONEST guy in business, or by hosting parties like I described above.. the club dude..

I guess, in a way, one could say maybe it is similar to Colombia in that if you can get something going, well, you can do well... however, the payoff to me is much bigger because of the higher concentration of better looking chicks.

So thats why I am thinking you know - even to hire a promoter.. hell, I know this dude Maurice.. he is a different promoter - not sure if he still does it but for like $200-$300 for a Friday he brings about TWENTY girls into a club.

Hell we can get people together and pull together $200-$300 and have the party in a pimp ass condo.

LOL. So if you can systemize I think you can get the best - or VIP table and know the promoter ahead of time at LIV.. or some other shit..

But even if you don't do that, organically you will still see more hot chicks per square meter than any other place I've seen. It can be tough to break through some bitch shields, but if you can, the payoff is big.

If you can have them compete for you, it is very fun.

I will say this... if you are NOT on the inside and from outside looking in.. not getting them.. it can make you want to jump off of a bridge.. I've been on both sides. I'm not naturally the kind of dude that likes cold approaching.. but I've done it, and with success. On Linclon sometimes just got in moods where I would go up to girls with modeling portfolios - asked them to go to a comedy show when the comedy central south beach comedy festival was in town - did it right there and then... but naturally, i don't like to have to do that, and I'm not a traditional PUA. If there are a group of dudes, a lot of times I'll lay back, unless I feel vibes from one instead of being all up in bitches grills.

Anyway, the reason for the thread is there is a shortage of reliability there, or a strong circle of friends there.. I mean what would make it best is if you had this, like high school - your friends from home.. because it would make that place a lot better.. A lot of people there just don't give a shit. The English accent can be a novelty. I would say its like anything else.. find some kind of thing going on that sounds cool.. heat playoff game, vip table that night, concert, comedy show thats in town only that night, whatever - find the hottest chick - go talk to her and ask her to go.. same David DeAngelo stuff.. you'd do well. Or, if you have more time, organize some more elaborate plans.. or just say fuck it and talk to girls wherever you go and try to take them back to your hotel LOL.

I think Mixx does plenty damn good in South Beach or he wouldn't live there.

Keep in mind, he has lived there for like 15 years or so, so he may be a little jaded from time to time (correct me if I am wrong Mixx).

Hell, I think homeboy is in Fargo, ND right now for vacation.

If that doesn't say "I have had my fill of South Beach", I don't know what does.

Plus, being there for so long, he has seen things change...for the worse.

Whenever I settle down in North America, I'd definitely have Miami has my winter place. Tell me, how is Miami in terms of raising a family, having kids and all? Well that's for a few years in the future but curious to know.

Well VP how I was in Real Estate which set us apart.. was this: Honest

So I can tell you Miami would probably be NOT ideal in terms of kids and a family. The people here rank LAST in the league (right along with possibly toothless rednecks in the hills with no electricity) in terms of like Ivy League-like intelligence.

For me, the most intelligent place and people in the US is San Francisco - by far. Everything is a laid back intelligence there - been to Silicon Valley and San Fran quite a few times for various Tech Events.

In fact, some might say it is down right terrible for this. Although, like I have a friend that just had a kid. I mean from 0-5 it is fine. They are a Jewish couple (wife was from Oklahoma and converted) with cash. They seem to be cool with it. He bought a house for $1.3M on the water near like 80th St (south beach is 1st-24th Street Miami Beach goes to like 80s, then its Surfside, Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles and Aventura going North)... anyway he also did a principal reduction - which means the bank just GAVE HIM $500k off his loan and he now only owes $800k LOL. Anyway they're not so worried about it. However in terms of schools and shit, I mean they have a good looking elementary South of Fifth Street (its nice - South of Fifth is a nice area in South Beach) ... and then when you get to Middle School I don't know I mean Miami Beach High School blows. It is horrible - even after they remodeled it ... I shouldn't say horrible I mean... my High School in small-medium sized Michigan dwarfs it... and kids here can be delinquents in my opinion more than other areas.

I wouldn't want my kids growing up with the Miami Mindset... which to me is unreliable, lie when needed and tell people what they want to hear, not necessarily working hard, a little ghetto attraction, and overall just kind of weasel-like. It can be like that anywhere, but just a bit more in Miami. Mind you, it is WORSE in Thailand or Colombia in my opinion, although I have met nice people in both of those countries, too.

But, in the US - strictly talking the US - Miami is the most like this than any other city in my opinion. However, again, I spend time in Colombia and people are freaked out to have cell phones taken out of their hands or walk around at night .. I mean people are petrified here .. then it makes Miami Beach like a bed of roses with the best people other. Its just a matter of perspective.

Ya you can always contact me for tips. I don't know, I went through this phase where I thought I was done with Miami... I mean I have a fairly short attention span.. and I lived in the same building (Gansevoort / Roney Palace) on the ocean for a few years 3-4 years.. and I was bored.. and I went to Asia, went back to Miami ... had some bullshit happen with two contracts I had to get an attorney for.. said fuck Miami and went to check out Tampa and Sarasota... my friend who worked with that promoter dude I mentioned above.. she moved to Sarasota.. visited it.. read Mixx's story here about Sarasota too.. thought I would move to Siesta Key.. went out to sign a 1 year lease.. some BS happened with the apartment, didn't get it.. went back to Orlando to hang with my fam member who moved there a couple months.. then said fuck it I'll go to Colombia.

It all leads me back to this - if you have good friends in Miami, it would be a great place. Friends you can trust and are in touch with. To me, this can make any place great. But, it doesn't hurt to have - to me - the hottest girls walking around constantly every day either. So, I posted this thread.

BTW you mentioned Rio... I WISH Rio was another option.. haven't been there.. but I've read in multiple places the girls actually aren't that hot.. I remember years ago.. BEFORE I moved to South Beach.. I would watch those Mike in Brazil porns and think.. damn Rio I need to get there LOL... I still want to go to Brazil... but I have the feeling after reading a lot about it here and other places for years now.. it still won't compare quality and frequency wise. I'll keep it in mind. Don't get me wrong, I love Canada and Toronto is a good city for raising a family and all but I just can't stand the freaking long and uber cold winters there anymore. That's why I have been looking at Miami as a possible option for my winters when I settle down in North America.

About Brasil, I hear you, but I'd strongly suggest you to stay away from doing business in person and having to deal with the horrendously corrupt and big red tape that goes on there. Best is if you can live off an online business while enjoying Brasil, then Brasil is a very fun place to be. It's not as cheap as it used to be. I remember, in 2002, 1$=3.8 almost 4 Reais, nowadays, you'd be lucky if you get 1.55 Real for your buck. However, they're getting their crap together, it's a lot safer than it used to be. Mind you, I never encountered nor had any problem in my dozens or so trips there as I always used common sense, the same common sense you'd use in most developped countries: dress down, don't flash wealth, don't roll with a gold necklace or with your ipad, iphone etc...in the middle of the street and you'd be fine.

Quality and quantity wise, it really depends man, but you do see some absolute stunners that would make head turns even on South Beach. You may not have the variety that you have in Miami, that is girls from all over the world, but you do get all the different type of girls you can imagine and want there as Brasil is a hugely cosmopolitan country with people from all over the world who have settled there and you see some serious mega hotties there.

I've never been "custom suited" but I'd say being unique and also basically having SOMETHING going on definitely goes a long way here.. whether thats athletic, successful, whatever.. friends.. nightlife.. SOMETHING.. but to be honest, it can vary.

Real estate honestly I think is a tough call. Its way cheaper than before. There is a question about the dollar tanking long-term. But, to be honest, the Euro would go with it. LOL. So you're probably ok in that department. The thing is the best deals you will get if you come with cash - meaning no financing. BUT, on short sales (which are ALMOST foreclosures) you can get bank financing..

How's a 5 star building on the ocean sound - a studio for like $160,000 600, 760 or 660 square feet? Hotel rooms in the SAME building go for $350 per night. (although building maintenance is $600 per month which is high)

Anyway, I'm not licensed any more, but I have friends that are so hit me up if you want info.
