Penis Burn

So my sex life is way better after just a couple of months on this board.

Thanks guys!

I banged this chick last week 5x. Raw dog. it was amazing. Penis was a little sore after from rug burn. (I could feel her stubble pending on my angle)

Anyway, it's been a week and it still hurts.
Thanks Guys!

It looks a little red and there is a little peeling. I really don't think it's an STD because it happened pretty much real time and in the exact same spot where i felt it during penetration. I think it's simply rug burn, but it doesn't seem to be getting any better.

Anyway, I did a search on the internet and the consensus seems to be vaseline and no sex for TWO MONTHS. Guys, i can't go 2 months after finally getting bangs pretty routinely.

Any suggestion on what I can do to keep moving in the Bang program? I'm hoping to avoid the "Well use a condom son" suggestions. Any creams or treatments is what I'm looking for.

Throw some Lotrimin Ultra on it and don't fap or fuck for a week. It should heal in that time.

Dude just go to a doctor. His job is to do exactly what you're asking for: diagnose. Don't bullshit yourself. If it's been more than a week it's almost definitely an infection. Most likely the typical bacterial infection -- which your doctor will give you antibiotics for and which will rapidly clear it up if that's what it is. You ever had a rug burn that stays red and peeling 1 week after you got it? Go to the damn doctor and get it over with.

It's definitely dick burn.

I know because I have it, especially after a rough and long fuck session.

It's quit literally red and raw after washing up, putting lotion and neosporin help.

I don't fap, but have a very active sex life, so it's a pain in the ass.

Yes it can bur, yes you get flake/scabbs, just take care of your dick, keep on it with lotion.

It also helps if the girl is super wet, if she isn't start using lube or a hell of a lot of spit.

^ Is it red and painful after a week?

I don't know about you guys, if you have an abrasion wound that is still red and painful after a week, you're either 80 years old or it's not an abrasion wound.

And if it's really "dick burn", how the hell are you not feeling you're just slamming it dry, such that the wound lasts a week? Jesus christ, you'd think after you start to feel like you're fucking sandpaper you'd spit on it or something.

No no lol, it's red and burning immediately after a long period of sex as I wash up.

It's totally fine and healing the day after, I just don't stop having sex for a month or so.

I recently suffered "tears" in the foreskin area, probably due to being circumcised, but I just kept reinjuring myself by not sitting on the sidelines long enough. This product seems to be really helpful:

Not sure if this is the same sort of problem you have, so YMMV.

Thanks for the responses. No, I don't think a doctor is necessary. It's clearly dick burn.

After scanning the internet, the most common solution (after Vasoline) was Diaper rash ointment that contains Zinc Oxide. Desitin and Penaten Cream were the most common suggestions.

The second most common remedy were creams for Athlete's foot as Sam suggested.

Third were specific Dick Creams, The most popular seemed to be something called Man 1 Man Oil

Fourth was antibiotic creams like Neosporin.

Fifth were Hydrocortizone Creams. But equal numbers said this was bad for the penis as cortizone thends to thin the skin and may actually increase inflamation

Sixth was some product called Cicabio.

Other suggestions included:
Aloe Vera
Beponthen Cream
Protopic Ointment
Fluticasone Proportionate Cream
Fluocinanide
moisturizers like Cetaphil and Aquaphor.

Anyway, after reading up on stuff, I think I'm going to try Penaten Cream because i saw what it did for my baby's cracked red skin and if it's good enough for him, I guess I can put it on my penis.

Sorry I don't have any real suggestions as I haven't tried anything yet, but I'll report back in a week!

All these penis injuries fade into insignificance when you break a banjo string.

Good for you if it is not a Std. But dude, use condoms in the future. You will be in the same situation if you ever get another symptom. In addition, most guys here are not doctors, next time , get a real one. I agree with Phoenix

There are some women who aren't hygenic and it can show up after a while. Rugburn on the dick? Did you have sex with carpet?

1. Clean your dick, dont use it for a while. Be careful with the ointments.
2. Go to the F-ing doctor. Confirm its dick burn and not something worse like sand in the vagina or something. Is it a specific spot? Has it happened in that spot before? Is there a scab?
3. Wear a condom.
4. Repeat if necessary.

OP is a denial-type coward. He comes here talking about 'consensus' and seeking further support to his theory that a one-week old burning dick isn't an STD, and can be cured with some cream off the internet.

He specifically words it so that you implicitly can't challenge his denial-based self diagnosis (only recommend corresponding treatments), and decrees it's definitely dick burn, and no a doctor isn't needed, even when our responses (Kaotic says that becomes totally fine and healing the next day when it's just dick burn) go against him.

The only reason he'd do this is that he's too much of a coward to present himself to a doctor and get an actual diagnosis. So mentally weak it makes me cringe. Hopefully if that 'rug burn' dick keeps burning and peeling after a month, he'll grow a pair of testicles to go with it.

Wow Phoenix. You really need to get off your high holy horse on this one. It is clearly not an STD. I felt the irritation during sex and the symptoms presented themselves immediately. Why would I go to a doctor for Friction Burn? Amazing you think you know my dick better than me. My posts were not made to be argumentive, simply seeking advice on what others do about friction burn. I presented treatments I found on internet to treat friction burn seeking if anyone has found one to be more effective than others. There are other threads to talk about STDs and condom use but I could not find a recent one particular to penis burn which is why I started this thread.

Anyway, to add something constructive to a discussion that I was hoping to be about Friction Burn, I found the Desitin (Zinc Oxide) to be highly effective. It was completely healed by Sat night. I used a a lot. Basically my dick was slathered with Desitin for four days and was ready to go Sunday. Hard to say if it wouldn't have healed on its own just by time and non use, but I think the Desitin accelarated the healing and had no adverse affects. Hopefully this data point can be useful to others with a similar problem in the future.

Dermoplast. That's the shit they give women after their gina is torn apart from birthing a baby.

It's friction burn... use lube next time and you'll be fine. When rawdogging you need to be more conscious of how wet the girl is to avoid just this situation.

I once tore up my dick from rawdogging for an extended period in a swimming pool; it turns out that water is not an effective lubricant! I ended up with cuts all over my dick that scabbed over and eventually healed.

Same here. Mine took a few days to heal.

More than a week and no change? See a doctor bro. I myself have been trying to be better about this. You only don't care until you get one.

I get dick burn regularly. If have sex more than 5 times in a two day period its inevitable. I use a triple antibiotic ointment with lidocaine(topical pain relief) and aloe. Neosporin makes one as well as several generics, like the Wallmart brand stuff. A friction burn can get infected and put you in a new world of pain you can't imagine.

I had this dick burn last week, too much rawdogging in a 2 day period, one girl who didnt know how to properly shave her pussy (didnt matter that her pussy was dripping wet when I had sharp stubble poking my shaft). I went to a urologist after 4 days because I still had itchy red irritation on my dick, no sores, no discharge. He told me it was perfectly fine and just irritated skin. Gave me some Levocetirizine for the itch (stuff is awesome). Its now a week and a half later and pretty much totally healed, I just rub in some coconut oil after a shower. Dick burn is real.

Fair enough, I withdraw my comments. Was just hard to believe that you can fuck raw so long and hard your dick is still red and peeling after a week. I guess everyone's different. This pussy stubble you U.S. guys run into a lot could be the number 1 reason women shouldn't shave.

Bumping this with a long, in-depth question...

Had really rough marathon sex session fueled by way too much booze and a little Cialis. The next morning I woke up with a "Strawberry" type injury the size of a nickel on my cock.

The cut and the open wound healed over the course of 2-3 weeks. But I tried not to fuck for nearly a month straight.

This was at the end of November, but something still wasn't right.

So I decided to go into monk mode due to work and the shitty cold weather. Figured it would heal itself over the course of a month. Plus, I've been dealing with another health issue - so it was kind of like a daily double.

The skin healed, but there's a burning sensation, almost like nerve damage. The skin just isn't like regular penis skin. It's not tough or soft.

So I went to a dermatologist in January. She looked at the spot, which isn't really visible these days and listened to my symptoms. Then she gave me a steroid cream.

I used the steroid cream for 15 straight days and my symptoms got worse. The burning sensation increased and it seemed my penis skin got thinner and thinner around the area.

I've currently stopped using the cream, but I'm at a loss as what to do next.

I'm considering a few different over the counter creams but also thinking I need to see a true medical expert and get my dick fixed properly.

The issue is I don't know where to find an expert penis doctor that would know what to do in such a situation.

If anyone knows what type of doctor to go to, has a penis doctor recommendation, or knows of the healing cream that could do the job...

I'm all ears! PMs open, too - if you don't want to share here.

Lastly, it's not an STD. I've been tested recently.

The problem with the penis is it's always shrinking and growing which makes it really hard for damaged skin to heal. You can't reasonably put a band-aid on it, for instance. And you can't really air the wound out with it in your pants, plus it's gonna chafe as you walk. This is why it can sometimes take forever to truly heal up. It will just start to heal and then you'll get a hardon or something and it will just open right up again. In your case it does sound like you need to see a specialist ASAP, though. A lingering wound anywhere in the body is dangerous, let alone in the most precious of spots.
